We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. A special thanks to the lady at the reception (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) for being so kind and helpful. All the dining area were amazing as well, especially Varinder Singh, who provided excellent service and made our experience even better.
However, I was very disappointed with the reservations team. I had been communicating with them by email before our stay because I wanted to upgrade to a sea-view room. They charged me an extra €168 and told me I would get either a sea view or a pool view. What they didn’t mention was that the hotel doesn’t actually have proper sea-view rooms. I feel like I wasted my €168 on an upgrade that wasn’t worth it.
If I were rating the hotel based only on my experience with the reservations team, I probably wouldn’t even give it 1 star. But because the rest of the staff were so wonderful and made our stay enjoyable, I’m giving it 5 stars. I hope the management improves communication from the reservations team so future guests have clear expectations.
The room need updating but we have no complaints as we enjoyed ourselves as it’s near all the amenities and walking distance to the beach.🤩. Enjoyed swimming at your pool too. All staff are friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back.
Thank you Amna and staff for my birthday bubble too❤️
Great location and staff, but outdated rooms and extremely noisy. The hotel is in a good location, and the service and staff are fantastic. The all-inclusive services were okay, though a wider variety of food would have been nice.Unfortunately, the rooms are very outdated, and it is clear that no refurbishment has been done for many years. The biggest downside was the location of our family room, which was situated directly above a crowded karaoke bar. The bar played very loud music until 4:00 or 5:00 AM. Since the soundproofing in the walls and glass partitions is poor, I had to sleep with my AirPods in during the entire stay.
The El Mexicano restaurant is incredible, if you stay here or any other MGM you have to come try this place. Simple options that are all amazing, especially the beef tacos, got drinks within a minute of sitting down and a starter of some nachos. Service was amazing thanks to Chetah-Madhav !!
Went to the Mexican restaurant, best food throughout the holiday. The whole family agreed, especially with fussy teenagers! Something for everyone, thoroughly enjoyed. Chetan was a fabulous waiter, the rest of the team were very attentive too 💖
