Undoubtedly the best placed hotel in the town. We arrived late night and having booked the cheapest room (street facing) we were disappointed with the late night noise. We checked whether any other room was available the next day. Andri on the front desk could not have been more helpful. A very affordable upgrade was offered and we enjoyed a pool view with balcony for the rest of our stay. Rooms were functional and very clean. Breakfast was usual Euro fare, but there was a huge choice. We were B&B so did not go to the three connected eateries. The poolside area was excellent, as was the poolside cafe/bar. No issues getting beds, and a very relaxing vibe all round. Staff were cheerful and always helpful, especcially Andri.
You get excellent value for money at the Napa Plaza Hotel—especially if you opt for all-inclusive.
The hotel is neat and clean.
You can choose from three à la carte restaurants, all of which are excellent. The buffet restaurant is also high-quality; the dinner service, in particular, stands out as being a cut above the average buffet. For lunch, you order from an extensive à la carte menu.
The drinks at the hotel are exceptionally good compared to other all-inclusive hotels I’ve visited. Top marks.
There is a fantastic gym, as well as an indoor pool that is pleasantly cool. Their outdoor pool is nice but unfortunately far too warm, especially in the afternoon—something that really ought to be addressed.
All the staff are friendly and helpful, and you can even build great rapport with some of them during your stay.
Most guests come from Norway, England, the Netherlands, and Denmark, creating a great atmosphere. The crowd is diverse, ranging from young and older couples to groups of young people, and so on.
The location is right in the heart of Ayia Napa.
I can highly recommend NP.
Just spent a week there with my wife 27/4/26 to 04/5/26 all inclusive. I can honestly say its is such a fantastic hotel!! The place is spotless, the rooms are a great size (delux with pool view). The food is amazing (especially lunch at the Soma pool bar). A decent range of delicious drinks (cocktails are fabulous!!). The staff are all amazing and cannot do enough for you!! The pool side vibe is perfect and even after lunch we always managed to get sun loungers!! Highly recommend and we are already planning our next visit bext year!!
I had a great experience at Napa Plaza Hotel and would highly recommend it. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and plenty of fresh options to start the day.
What truly made the stay special was the outstanding service from the staff, who were always friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special thank you to Tasoulla from the Reservations Department for her assistance and kindness throughout the booking process. I would also like to thank the porter, who I believe was named Andreas, for his warm welcome and helpful attitude during my stay.
The only aspect I did not particularly like was the spa policy regarding the sauna. Guests are required to pay an additional €10 to use it for one hour, and it must be requested in advance so that it can be switched on. In my opinion, access to the sauna should be included for hotel guests and available during spa operating hours without the need for prior notice.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would be happy to return in the future.
Had a lovely recent stay at Napa Plaza. Was concerned when disembarked off coach as had to make our way through the hustle and bustle of club / bar attenders. The hotel itself is lovely. Larger than expected and quite considering it’s in the heart of restaurants and bars. Room was a good size. Pool was big. Easy access to sun loungers. Breakfast wasn’t the best. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Nissi Beach is a popular beach in the resort of Ayia Napa, Cyprus. The beach stretches for 500 metres and the water is clean enough for the beach to have been awarded the blue flag designation. The beach, which runs the length of its own cove, takes its name from the small islet of Nissi (Greek: Νησί) located close to the coast.
The monastery of Saint Barnabas (or Ayios Barnabas) was a church on the island of Cyprus, 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) west of Constantia. Today the site is in Northern Cyprus and functions as a museum.
