We stayed at Nobel hotel in July as a family of 3 for 11 nights. It was our second visit,we stayed here last year and definitely had a better holiday this time because entertainment team was absolutely AMAZING! Melissa, Sofia and Petar made our holiday unforgettable! If they are here next year we will definitely come back again! They make all guests feel important! Check in is very slow process and take ages! hotel is very clean , food delicious! Lady on the door is very nice. She always greets with smile. Bar staff is also great all apart from one guy I think his name was Tony.I think He is head of bar staff. Short with dark hair. The oldest from all bar staff. He is very rude , he always ignored me when I come to the bar and made comments about me to colleagues in Bulgarian which I found disgusting! I think it will be better to do kids disco by the bar so parents can watch children dance and having fun because going to kids club means there is no free tables to watch adult show after . Hotel menager should pay more attention to family’s as hotel is family friendly and most of guests are with children but feels like they want to keep kids away and don’t let kids disco by the bar. A lot of people complain about this and decided to avoid it because there’s not enough tables outside for everyone after dinner. I’m giving 5* mainly for entertainment TEAM!!!!
Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were amazing – very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The all-inclusive service was excellent, with delicious food and a great variety of choices. A special thanks to the animation team – they were fantastic and kept the atmosphere fun and enjoyable throughout the day and evening. We had a great time and would gladly come back again!
This hotel was a wee gem … our room was very spacious , great location near the beach , easy to get to Nessebar old town by bus or train and sunny beach centre on the bus only a few stops away. The food was brilliant always something different . The entertainment team were great so young and genuinely enthusiastic I played a load of games was winner of the shuffle board twice 😂. Nasco,Mellissa , Peter and Sophia were amazing always smiling and chatty. Would defo come back here !
★★★★★ Relaxing stay away from the strip, with great facilities
Hotel Nobel was a brilliant choice for our stay in Sunny Beach.
The location is a real highlight — it's set away from the noise and crowds of the main strip, near the dunes, which gave the whole stay a much more relaxed feel. It's also handily placed for an easy walk over to Nessebar Old Town if you fancy a change of scenery.
The hotel has its own private beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas included, which made beach days easy and stress-free. We also made good use of the pools, sauna, and steam room — a really nice touch after a day in the sun.
Food was a definite highlight too — lots of variety with different themed dinners throughout the week, so it never felt repetitive. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful, and quick with a smile, which really added to the experience.
A special mention has to go to the animation team — they were fantastic! Friendly, full of energy, and running events throughout the day and into the evening, there was always something fun going on if you wanted to join in. They added a real spark to the stay.
Comfortable rooms, balconies to relax on, and a peaceful setting overall. A great base for exploring this part of the Black Sea coast — we'd happily stay again.
Hotel was very good. The animation team was excellent. Peter was amazing and he made many games like archery, balls game and volley ball (it was very fun). Melissa was also very good and also made very fun activities like morning stretches and water gymnastics. Sofia also was very good with the children as she did mini disco and themed days. Recommend very much!
