After reading the reviews on Bellevue we were not expecting an amazing hotel. But we only booked a 4 night all inclusive and the pools were very well rated. We were very positively impressed with our stay. We booked a studio (2 adults and a child). Tge room was a 1 bed flat, massive. All cleaned. Maybe outdated but who cares! Massive balcony too. The complex was impressive. Like a town itself. Food was great and plenty of choice. Definitely the best food we had on an all inclusive (and done several). Cocktails were great too. My son had slushies all the time. I am giving it a 4 star 🌟 review (been in 4 starts not as good). I am not sure what people expect from an all inclusive 3 star hotel but if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel with great quality Bellevue is what you looking for. We were very pleased. Great entertainment and the amount of pools choice is great. 15min walk to the beach. Very close to the shops. We loved it and would come back. My 7 year old son loved it. Great for families.
Entertainment staff were absolutely amazing. Gets everyone involved. Always friendly and approachable. High energy and family friendly. Kids are always entertained and there's plenty to do each day all day. Our girls loved the kids club and the different activities each day. Staff work extremely hard and deserve every bit of recognition.
I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel! The room was clean, and the food across all restaurants was absolutely delicious, which was definitely the highlight of my trip.
The pool activities and bars were top-notch, and the evening show in the summer garden was different every night and very entertaining – we all had a fantastic time. Having a small shop within the complex was also very convenient.
My only disappointment was the behavior of an older staff member working at one of the poolside food trucks. Her arrogant attitude brought unnecessary negativity towards the guests. If you queue up there, be prepared to arm yourself with patience. I understand that it is a busy and exhausting shift, but such behavior towards guests is unacceptable.
Aside from this issue, everything else was fantastic!
We are having a fabulous stay. The animation team are great. I have loved aqua fit with Miguel and Dori and aqua combat. Greta in the animation team is brilliant and made us laugh so much and got us involved with all the dancing and activities. Kids club with Alejandro and elena was great too. Kids love it. 100 recommend
