I had a really good time at the hotel. The hotel's entertainment team is excellent. Rita, in particular, was great and full of enthusiasm; she created a fantastic atmosphere and ensured high participation in the activities. Ryan also played a big part in making our stay so enjoyable. The activities cater to all ages and take place both in and beside the pool. Furthermore, the hotel is just a short walk from the beach (less than 10 minutes walking). There is also a good taxi service available at an affordable price for trips to places like San Antonio or Ibiza Town. The hotel is clean and the food is good. All in all, we had a fantastic time at Hotel Occidental Ibiza.
Excellent stay, room clean & modern. Hotel clean, food choice & quality very good. Ned more staff in the restaurant though. At busy times tables not cleared until end of service. A very nice week's stay. Highly recommend. Perfectly placed for the lovely beach which has 4 excellent bar/restaurants. We ate at Nora Beach Terrace & The Old Cock Inn, a steakhouse which has been going nearly 60 years. Both great.
Thanks Fiona (from Animation team) for such a wonderful holiday. The animation team were great. I'll miss the games of killer and the fun interacting with the other guests. I will definitely return to the hotel, clean, attentive and a great location!! Edit: only things that need looking at are: -Constant power cuts -Arcade has a lot of ear that needs fixing -The self serve machines need repairing -You shouldn't be charging AI guests for hand made cocktails, just make the premium alcohol ones at an extra cost. -Safe is charged at £3 a day, that should be included in the room. Fantastic hotel. Modern, clean and great staff. From the moment we got there nothing was too much trouble. The alcohol on the all inclusive is the worst part about the hotel, it's all cheap drinks that you'd have to drink all day to get a happy glow on. The only day we got drunk was the day we spent outside the hotel drinking. The entertainment staff on the afternoon were great, Rita, Fiona and Mateo especially kept us entertained around the pool. The night time entertainment was OK, we had three nights up there and the live acts were enthusiastic if nothing else. The set up of our rooms were the best we've encountered, for a family of four with two teenage girls the superior twin is ideal, giving us and the girls privacy and independence but knowing there is an outer door adjoining the two rooms. The food was fresh and the variety enough that it satisfied everyone. Overall great value for money, if they sort the drinks situation out it would be perfect. The location is quiet and a bit away from any busy Ibiza night life but that's not we were there for, we went to San Antonio it's a long walk but about €15 in a taxi .

She brings such a lovely energy to everything she does and always makes everyone feel welcome. She really helped make our holiday special.
