Just enjoyed a week here and couldn't have asked for a better family break. Rooms were clean and well equipped, use of the safe was free and the free WiFi was excellent throughout the hotel and grounds. All staff were welcoming and friendly at all time. The restaurant had a different theme every night and none of them disappointed. The pools were clean and plenty of sun beds if you don't mind queuing at 8:30am to get your spot when the pool opens at 9:00am. The bar queues were always short and always a good selection of drinks. The evening entertainment was a bit boring apart from one night where they have a brilliant rock band on, doing covers. I feel for a family audience, the other nights were lacking entertainment value and energy but this didn't take anything away from the brilliant week we spent here. The beach is directly opposite and a nice flat walk all the way along the sea front. My wife is in a wheelchair and found it relatively easy to get around the whole place. Very happy and would consider coming again. Thankyou.
Excellent stay – we will definitely return! We have stayed at this hotel twice already, and both times we were very satisfied with our experience. The location is excellent for exploring the area and is easily accessible by public transport, which makes getting around very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the whole hotel complex is thoughtfully designed and very attractive. The hotel also has lovely large swimming pools, which are perfect for relaxing. The food and drinks available throughout the day were excellent, with plenty of choice and great quality. What made our stay even better was the staff. Everyone was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for 4 days and would highly recommend it to everyone. Highlight that’s it’s right by the beach as well if you like going! The check-in process was quick and easy, making for a great start to our holiday. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The buffet offered an excellent variety of food options, with something to suit every taste, I would say it probably would get repetitive if here for longer then what we were! The highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment team. Couldn’t fault them! They were incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and worked hard to keep guests engaged throughout both the day and evening. Even though they work long hours it looks as if they are having the time of their lives! The water gym was especially enjoyable and a lot of fun! So a special thanks to them all! Overall, a wonderful experience with great facilities, delicious food, spacious and spotless rooms, and an outstanding entertainment team. We would happily return and 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.
We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food and the all-inclusive selection were excellent, everything was tasty, and there were always plenty of options to choose from. Our room was spacious and perfectly clean. Building number seven was very quiet in the evening, which we highly appreciated since we were traveling with young children. The beach was located just across the road from the hotel. The water attractions for kids were fantastic and our children absolutely loved them. Getting to the airport by train took less than ten minutes. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
This was a wonderful stay at Occidental Torremolinos Playa, which I have now visited for the second time. It is the perfect place for exploring the surrounding area, with a beautiful beach nearby lined with palm trees and even parrots. The hotel grounds are very well maintained, and the drinks are prepared using international brands of alcohol. My favorite was the Aperol Spritz. They also offer gluten-free beer, which is quite rare in other hotels and was greatly appreciated. The bar staff were extremely friendly and provided fast and efficient service. Nerea and Manuel were outstanding! The entertainment program was excellent, with great aqua aerobics sessions, themed evenings, and live music. Special thanks go to Anas F., who professionally hosted every event and ensured a fantastic musical atmosphere each evening. He was also able to communicate fluently in several languages and even knew a few Polish words and phrases, which was a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel and look forward to returning again!
