Stayed in this hotel last week of August 2026. Rooms lovely and spacious. Service mostly ok - special mention to Tugba at the piano bar who always really looked after us - great customer service! Air conditioning in hotel needs to be a little colder in piano bar but especially in main restaurant. Food was ok but breakfast not as good as we are used to in previous 5* hotels. Service at main restaurant for buffet not very friendly with 1/2 exceptions. Choice for food plenty, but feel not enough cut fruits and cooked breakfast for eggs could be way better / lots of oil used. Guest relations very helpful and friendly. Not enough communication about what entertainment there is and feel like you need a physical map of the hotel to know where all food and entertainment points are. Cater well to small kids, there is a teenage club which the kids used a bit. Beach very local. Can use lilo and dingy in pool which is a plus, lots of recent European stays haven’t allowed this. No grocery store nearby spent a fortune for snacks in hotel store but the ladies who work at the local store are super friendly!
You will enjoy this hotel from start to finish. We stayed here with family for 11 days. Pleasant staff, from the reception to the bars, kitchen, housekeeping, and the bellboy. Quite honestly, I was rather skeptical about the 5 stars, but here I can confirm them. Excellent food, great service, luxurious interiors, well-equipped rooms. At the beginning of our stay, we had an issue with room 3107, but they instantly exchanged it for 3106. We used the hotel photographer, a great service. I must really praise the children's animation program and all the animators. The evening events were wonderful too. Keep it up, you are doing a fantastic job!!!
It’s rare to find a hotel that truly makes you want to return—but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend this hotel thanks to its exceptional level of service and perfect location. It genuinely feels like they have thought of everything. You rarely have to stand in line, and you almost never need to wait for assistance. The staff are attentive, responsive, and always focused on making your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I would especially like to highlight the Kids Club and the entire animation team. They clearly work with heart and passion, and it shows in everything they do. They are incredibly well-organized, engaging, and fantastic with the kids—who absolutely love them. A special mention goes to Kitty, who, together with her colleagues, always makes the children feel truly cared for and valued. She is exceptional at what she does, and the kids will definitely miss her. Orhan in the restaurant also deserves recognition for the way he carries out his work—with warmth, care, and genuine joy. He is greatly appreciated by the guests. Ramazan at the bar —an amazing person who adds to the overall fantastic experience. This hotel delivers on every level and is without a doubt a place worth returning to.
Great hotel with amazing staff! Wonderful animation programs, with sports and activities throughout the day. À la carte restaurants are an absolute delight and you also have a variety of drinks at any of the numerous bars. I would also want to say a big “Thank you!” To Cilem, the waitress at the pool bar for her positive attitude and attention to our needs.
I had a wonderful week at Paloma Oceana Hotel. The hotel was beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were very professional, and friendly throughout my stay. One person who stood out in particular was Yusuf. He was extremely kind, friendly, funny and made the week even more enjoyable with his positive attitude. The entertainment team was wonderful and the shows and activities were absolutely amazing. My phone gallery is now full of photos and videos from all the incredible performances!
