We arrived early hours of Sunday morning and have had fantastic service from the minute we arrived.
Check in was smooth and food/drink waiting in the lobby bar. Rooms are spacious and clean.
Buffet resistant is serving a great variety and fresh. Pool snack bar also excellent.
A special shout out must go to Murat at the pool bar who provides a waiter service to all the sunbeds; he literally never stops and is always so attentive making sure we’ve got drinks. Very friendly and makes pool days absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We spent a week at the hotel. The hotel is very quiet. It's intimate and designed for families. The food in the kitchen is excellent, and the selection is extensive. It's great that they have their own products. I'd also like to praise the quietness of the pool area. The rooms were cleaned daily – thanks to Ms. Suleyha. The beds were very comfortable. I'd also like to praise the staff, as well as the a la carte restaurant. The food was excellent. The selection of drinks was extensive, and the entertainment was delicious. The front office manager, Yelcyn, deserves special mention, as does the beach staff, Ahmet - Cabana Man. The hotel is highly recommended! The ladies at Guest Relations are amazing!
We have loved our stay here at Paloma, from the rooms to the service to the location everything has been amazing! Every time we have requested for our room to be cleaned we have come back to fresh towels, clean sheets, a restocked mini bar and an amazing towel sculpture on the bed. The service has been amazing I can’t fault it and the location wow the sea view at Quentine’s is amazing and the hotel itself and grounds are spotless! It really is beautiful here.
Absolutely loved our stay at Paloma, always a great variety of fresh, tasty food. Wabi Sabi was a really nice posh treat. The service is absolutely amazing everyone is so friendly and hands on in this hotel, always people taking drinks, tidying up, recommending things to do - just 10/10. The view is stunning, love the night shows aswell always something to occupy you after dinner. Lovely range of cocktails. Rooms are cleaned everyday fresh towels and bed sheets everyday. There is a spa, hairdressers, shops, opticians, gym, photography. Special shoutout to Dursun for a lovely conversation whilst we was chilling by the bistro. Would love to be back so sad to leave.
Great hotel, food selection is great. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Slightly annoying that there are not enough sun beds round the pool area so you have to get up early (before 8). Bit of you miss the time slot you can always get a sun bed by the beach.
It’s nice you can book to be taken to the hotels aqua park if you fancy something different. This park has a large selection of slides and you rarely have to queue for any of them.
The staff work very hard, especially two lady’s serving outside the buffet restaurant in the mornings and also Murret who is a pool side waiter. He does not stop running round making sure everyone has the drinks they order.
