I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Paloma Sencia Hotel in Belek. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the utmost politeness and respect. The staff's readiness to assist with any issues truly made our stay exceptional.
The service provided throughout the hotel is nothing short of excellent. Every member of the team is dedicated to ensuring that guests feel comfortable and valued. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.
I must highlight the dining experience, particularly the a la carte Chinese restaurant located on the hotel grounds. The food is extremely delicious, showcasing a remarkable blend of flavors that left a lasting impression. Each meal was a delightful experience, further enhancing our stay.
Additionally, the hotel's exceptional spa services deserve special mention. The high-quality massage therapists provided relaxing and rejuvenating treatments, making our visit even more enjoyable.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supports guests at the Paloma Sencia Hotel. Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed, and we wish you all continued success in providing such outstanding hospitality.
Best wishes,
Inessa (England)
What a wonderful hotel with the best staff! Everyone was so friendly and d welcoming. We had a swim up room which was amazing. The rooms are amazing, set on 3 levels. The only downside was that there aren't any loungers by the rooms. There is a table and chairs but the lounger would be the only thing that would of made the holiday better. There are loungers nearby. The food was really good with a main buffet restaurant plus 5 or 6 a la carte restaurants, which you can eat at once/week free of charge. This is a definite plus as the next hotel we stayed at charged everytime you wanted to eat at an a la carte. They have a brilliant app that you use to book activities and restaurants, you also can contact guest relations, find out info etc. The cocktail list is extensive (the best yet on all inclusive I've had).
We had such a wonderful time here and would definitely go back! Cannot recommend enough!
I am currently staying at Paloma hotels and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience.
Every member of the team has been incredibly kind and welcoming — from housekeeping and room service to the reception staff, waiters, and everyone behind the scenes. Their smiles, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made this stay truly special.
A special thank you to Emine Altinsoy, who introduced me to Turkish coffee and lovingly prepares it for me every time. Your kindness and attention made me feel right at home.
Thank you, Paloma hotels, for such a pleasant and memorable stay. ❤️
Your guest from Algeria 🇩🇿
We had an amazing stay, definitely one of the best holidays we have ever had! ❤️
We had booked a standard sea-view room, but when we arrived, we had the incredible surprise of being upgraded for our entire stay to a suite with a private pool AND jacuzzi! We honestly couldn’t believe it. It was absolutely amazing!
The food was excellent, although we would have loved a few more themed dinners, as there were only three during our 7-day stay.
The evening entertainment was great, with a special mention to ZENIT, who performed on our last night and were absolutely incredible! 🎶
The room was always very spotless, the beach and pools were beautiful and clean, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available everywhere, which is quite rare! Guest Relations via WhatsApp was also fantastic, whenever we had a question, we received an answer within minutes.
We also had an absolutely perfect anti-stress massage! It was the best we had ever experienced, and it was so romantic to be together rather than separated. It was a wonderful moment of relaxation and well-being, and we left feeling completely relaxed.
Our only real negative point was the staff’s level of English. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly, but communication was often very difficult, even with simple English. As my husband and I both speak English fluently, we feel that for an international hotel of this standard, a good level of English should be essential.
We were also a little disappointed to have to check out at 12:00, especially as we had arrived in the evening. A later check-out for guests arriving late would be a lovely touch when possible.
Finally, this holiday will always be incredibly special to us because we got engaged on your beach! 💍
Thank you for these unforgettable memories. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel!
Nowhere Near a 5-Star Experience
Having paid around £7k for a 10-night family holiday, we expected a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, Paloma Sencia fell well short of that standard.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt dated. The lobby lacked any wow factor, check-in was slow and manual, and the corridors and rooms were tired and in need of refurbishment. Despite contacting the hotel before arrival to explain we were travelling with three children, my five-year-old son was initially expected to sleep in a baby cot. This was eventually replaced with an old fold-away bed that left the room feeling cramped.
The biggest disappointment was the food and organisation. Breakfast and dinner buffets were chaotic, with guests left to find their own tables. On one morning we waited around 20 minutes just to sit down. Much of the food was lukewarm and lacked flavour, and there were very few reliable options for children.
The Italian à la carte restaurant was poor, with tiny portions and food that felt pre-prepared. In contrast, the Chinese restaurant was excellent and showed the level this hotel is capable of. A special mention to Seda, who provided the best service we received all week.
The cocktails were honestly some of the worst we've had at an all-inclusive resort. Ordering the same drink twice often resulted in two completely different cocktails, and basic ingredients were sometimes missing—I was even served a Piña Colada without any coconut cream. It really felt as though many of the bar staff hadn't received proper cocktail training.
Housekeeping was another major let-down. Our room wasn't cleaned on several occasions, we repeatedly had to ask for towels, and overall the standard of cleanliness was nowhere near what you'd expect from a five-star hotel.
There were positives. The gym is excellent, the live entertainment was enjoyable, and my son loved the kids' club. Panda and Moez from the entertainment team, along with Seda in the Chinese restaurant, were genuine standouts who clearly cared about the guests.
The biggest eye-opener came when we visited Paloma Grida using the complimentary shuttle. It highlighted just how far behind Paloma Sencia currently is and showed us what a true five-star resort should feel like.
Overall, we still made wonderful family memories because we were together in the sunshine, but those memories were made despite the hotel rather than because of it. Paloma Sencia has potential, but in its current condition it isn't a genuine five-star resort. Considering the premium price we paid, we left feeling very disappointed.
