Fantastic holiday from the minute we checked in to the moment we got back on the coach. Thomas on Reception was a ray of sunshine for the whole 2 weeks. Rooms were spotless like the rest of the hotel and food was hot, plentiful and varied. Lads in dining room were on the ball and bar staff never kept you waiting for a drink. Valentino was the one that kept the entertainment fun and varied with his band of helpers Danny, Lunha and Matt although the last 2 moved to other hotels before we left. Plenty of Managers keeping everything moving smoothly but, to be honest, all of the staff knew their jobs and did them with a welcoming smile.
Lots of different nationalities all mixing together was great to see Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Lithuanians , Polish,Finnish
We WILL be back
Absolutely great value for money! The hotel is pretty nice, rooms are clean and the view is breathtaking! We stayed for a short getaway and we will definitely come back! The whole staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. We booked All-inclusive and we were very pleased.Food is tasty and good(just maybe bit improvement of the breakfast choices will be great). Every night there is different kind of entertainment and also due to the whole day they organize different activities for the guests. The two pools are pretty big and they are plenty of sun beds for everyone. I recommend this hotel with two hands and i could only say a very big thank you for all the staff especially Despina,Agneshka,Catalin,Valentin,Hasip and everyone else! Thank you for making our stay amazing!
Wow... where do I even begin? We couldn't have chosen a better place for our honeymoon!
From the very first day, we were welcomed with a lovely surprise – a congratulations card and a bottle of champagne. Our room was even ready two hours before the official check-in time. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
The managers and the entire staff will do absolutely EVERYTHING to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. In my case, they even gave me a book I wanted to borrow from their library. They also remembered that my favorite dessert was cheesecake and surprised me with one. :)
The food was outstanding! The chefs are incredibly talented and prepare everything with great care. There is a wide variety of dishes every day, so you'll never get bored. On our last day, while we were waiting for our transfer, they even prepared sandwiches, apples, and cake for us to take along. As I said, they genuinely care about their guests.
The bar is open until 11:30 PM and serves excellent cocktails. The pools are cleaned every day. The entertainment team, Valentino and Danny, made our stay even more enjoyable with activities like billiards, darts, volleyball, yoga, and evening bingo.
The beaches are just a short walk from the hotel. The nearest one is only about 8 minutes away. They are spacious, the water is crystal clear, and they are never too crowded.
As their motto says: "You arrive as guests, but leave as friends." We truly made some wonderful friendships here, and we will definitely be staying at Papantonia Hotel again!
Thank you once again for an unforgettable holiday. We can't wait to see you again!
So... There is a lot I could say, but I'm going to keep it short. The reason I'm only giving 2 stars is because the staff doesn't really know what a smile is. Honestly, maybe 3 people will say good morning or give you a smile. There is no coffee in the room. You will get 2 instant coffees when you arrive, and that's all you will get for a week. Housekeeping will not give you toilet paper unless you ask for it. The views from the room of the solar panels were just perfect 🤦. The food was good and the beach close, so that's the only good thing about our stay. We will not be back for sure. For the people reading this, the hotel next to it is looking much better and the evening entertainment was nice to watch. Our entertainment was just embarrassing lol. I hope the management is reading this and changes a few things.
It maybe not the most opulent hotel in the area, but people who working there are real stars. Found myself in a very difficult situation whilst staying there. And the help, support and kindness of all members of staff were second to none. So very grateful to Nadia and Konstantinos. And this is the most clean and spotless hotel I ever stayed in. And very relaxed atmosphere.
