I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was with nice view and comfortable, and everything I needed was there. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Everyone is so nice.Special thanks to Roman, who was very helpful and made everything easy for me. I felt expected here.I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others!
Oh,and by the way, there's a small refrigerator near the reception where you can buy drinks and snacks even at night. That was really nice extra. ❤️
This hotel offers a very warm welcome and excellent service.I really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of dishes to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The mattress wes very comfortable, which helped me get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked well, and the room had everything i needed. One useful thing to know is that if you need housekeeping service, you can simply request it at the reception desk.I found this very convenient.I also like to give the special thanks to Roma, who quickly helped resolve a few minor issues. The hotel is also located not far from old town, making it easy to explore the city.
Pleasant room, bed is firm with only 1 pillow, windows open slightly, cannot seem to adjust the room temperature. Safe in closet. TV has ample channels, with a few in English. Kettle with a few packets of tea and coffee. Washroom is a nice size with good water pressure in shower. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options. Staff are pleasant.
I stayed here for a week with work, it was amazing and have made me want to come back when on vacation. The hospitality from the staff was outstanding, and especially Petra from the bar. She always had a smile on her face and made the most amazing mojitos. The breakfast was delicious and truly one of the best hotel breakfasts I have come across. Will definetly come back here one day, and I can give the warmest recommendation.
We highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are clean and beautiful, and the staff are pleasant and friendly. We would especially like to highlight Roman’s excellent work. We are very grateful to him for his efficiency and truly welcoming attitude.
