⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and all the facilities were excellent. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Patrik at the reception, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. His professionalism and friendly attitude made us feel at home from the very beginning. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely come back on our next trip. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable!
Very good food (breakfast and dinner), perfect location 👌🏼 and a great pool. BUT even a glass of water is not included with dinner, the mattress was too soft and uncomfortable. Also, the hotel description mentions options at the sports centre, such as mini golf, tennis, etc. However, the only information we got at reception was to check Google, as the hotel has nothing to do with the centre.
This location is absolutely amazing. Surrounded by so many beautiful beaches. The hotel itself is modern but the rooms are bit dated. But the service and cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast and dinner both were good with plenty of options to choose including vegetarian.
Stayed for a week, had a very positive experience. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel standards are very good and location is excellent, with good amenities, with good nearby walks. Shop and restaurants 100 metres away. Very relaxing vibe. Stayed in premium sea view room in main building, views were breathtaking. Have dietary restrictions and notified hotel in advance. Met Nana, service manager, on arrival who ensured that kitchen staff were aware, and I was taken good care of and nothing was a problem for them. Good vegetarian options available. I regret booking this hotel. If I knew what I know now I would have booked Park Plaza Arena. It is really stupid feeling when you pay 260 euros for night and leave dissatisfied. Booked via Radisson aplication for members expecting better treatment. The young recepcionist really didn't put too much effort to explain where exactelly is my room. So I spent 15 min trying to find entrance to depadanse building. The room was on the second floor. There were no signs. Nobody offered to carry our lugagge. Nothing. The parking was full. They charged my card twice. If I didn't check my bank account that would go under radar. So I had to come next day to fix their mistake, they couldnt fix it the same day. The pool is open till 7 p.m. It is summertime, the sun sets at 9 p.m i really wanted to stay longer but it wasn't possible. I wish the depadance was mentioned in booking. Room was big, balcony overlooking the street and small square where they had program for children in the evening which was quite loud and annoying. The only thing I liked was breakfast, really huge variety of everthing. But come earlier( by 8.30) because later is supercrowded.
