The Hotel is fantastic! The food, the place, the services, but above all the People. From reception till good bye, the Animation Team, all the people in House Keeping, and all the employees in bars and restaurants are always available and ready to help you. We spent an amazing time and everything is near… the beach also. All the family loved it!!! And the different experiences that you can have in the restaurants is fantastic - Luigi; Madeira Lovers; Magreb and everyday at Marés!!!! Really you should come and see!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the entire complex was beautiful and very well maintained. The food was excellent, with a great variety and high quality. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future.

I have been staying in this hotel for a week for all inclusive vacation and it has been wonderful stay. the hotel is clean, the staff is nice and kind and attentive. Food is fantastic: well-seasoned, and versatile. It has a lot of guests, but it is not felt: there are no lines, no waiting times for any service or support you may require from the staff. There is a lot to do for around here: great gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, even warm pool for babies as well as the different themed restaurants that can be booked for a dinner. Location of the hotel is great allowing for hikes into the nature as well as nearby cafés and restaurants on the walking distance. I highly recommend Pestana Porto Santo for enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

The resort itself looks wonderful. Great location with a great beach. The welcoming staff were ok, but the service staff are mostly the rudest bunch we had the misfortune to come across. I say bunch because there were a lot of them. Looked so miserable, tired and bothered. I don’t know if they are over worked because it felt like they were understaffed. On a regular, at the buffets, they would run out of plates, cutlery, and sometimes you had to wait a while for certain foods to be replenished. To top it all off, we were a part of 6 and two of our friends left very sick. A stomach bug. I would not recommend this place. Again the resort itself is beautiful. I can only hope they improve the staffing and its service.

A week-long stay at this hotel was trouble-free and very pleasant. The hotel is nicely maintained, clean, and surrounded by a spacious garden that is well taken care of. The environment feels calm and ideal for relaxation. The staff were polite, kind, and helpful throughout the entire stay. I would particularly like to highlight the bartender, Manuel Monteiro, whose professionalism and positive attitude significantly contributed to the overall excellent atmosphere. Overall, I evaluate the stay very positively and recommend the hotel to everyone who is looking for quality services and a pleasant environment for their holiday.
