We had a wonderful 8day stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our time there. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.
We would especially like to praise the reception staff, particularly the young employees, who were always exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful, and respectful. We’d also like to give a big thank you to the staff who drove the shuttle from the Pnoe Hotel to the beach. They were always kind and reliable.
The food was good overall, but we would have appreciated a bit more variety. The dinner menu, in particular, was repeated regularly, so after a few days it became somewhat monotonous. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff during dinner were not as friendly and welcoming as the rest of the hotel staff. We also had two unpleasant experiences there, which we prefer not to go into.
Another downside was the bathroom. Unfortunately, there was no place to hang towels, which was quite inconvenient.
Thank you for the lovely stay
We spent two stormy days and nights in this upscale hotel. We took the only available rooms a vila with a private pool and Turkish bath. It was a real treat to go back and forth between the hot steam and cool pool (October). It's a very new high tech hotel. One needs instructions on how to operate the fancy switches! Personally, it felt a bit over the top. The bed was good with a wide choice of pillows. The shower was fancy but not quite wide enough for comfort. The only place for operating a laptop was in the walk in closet which had a sensory light switch and kept going off💁🏼 The living room furniture was uncomfortable and somewhat cheap for the high standard of the room. Breakfast had a lot of choices but could have had more vegetables. Excellent service.
This was our first trip together as a couple, and I honestly don’t think we could have chosen a better place.
We had a private pool, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Having that extra privacy and being able to relax by our own pool made the whole experience feel really special.
We were also genuinely surprised by the quality of the All Inclusive Package. You sometimes expect that with an all-inclusive package, some things will be just “okay”, but here everything was at a really high level. The food in the restaurants was delicious, there was plenty of choice, and the service was excellent.
The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They really made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
It was a very special trip for us, and we’re so happy we chose this hotel for our first getaway together. Great food, beautiful surroundings, an amazing private pool and, most importantly, wonderful people. We would absolutely come back. ❤️
We had a fantastic stay at Pnoe! We weren’t blessed with great weather, but honestly we still had such a great time. The staff were fantastic. Ioanna at breakfast and lunch was the star of the show. She is so caring and sweet and always made sure we were trying different things and having the best time. We didn’t get the server in the bars name but he was great too (he wore glasses if that helps!) and always remembered our orders. The only minor negative was the coffee really wasn’t great in the mornings, as the americanos were very watery but as that’s the only complaint we had then we were lucky! I would definitely recommend this place. 4 nights was a perfect amount of time to enjoy everything.
Where do I even begin? Our five-night stay at Pnoé Breathing Life was truly an unforgettable experience.
It honestly feels like we arrived in Crete yesterday, full of excitement, and somehow today we are already back home. Five days went by far too quickly. We are already suffering from serious post-holiday blues! ❤️
From the very first moment, everything about Pnoé was incredible. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and our room with its private pool was simply perfect. It was spacious, beautifully designed and equipped with everything we could possibly need.
But what truly made Pnoé special was the people.
The entire staff was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive, and there was always someone available 24/7 whenever we needed help or had a question. We never felt like just guests, we genuinely felt welcomed and cared for.
A special mention has to go to the wonderful lady from the Anása Restaurant who came to say goodbye to us during our last breakfast this morning. She gave us such a warm and heartfelt hug that both my wife and I became genuinely emotional. We never expected the kindness and warmth of the staff to reach that level. It was a beautiful moment that we will remember for a very long time.
We also want to thank the wonderful staff at the other restaurant, Thymises, who were always so kind and welcoming and especially the gentleman at the bar, Uranos, who made our evenings even more enjoyable with his friendliness and great service.
The food, the drinks, the service, the atmosphere, the room, the private pool, everything was fantastic. But above all, it was the human warmth that made this place unforgettable.
Pnoé wasn't just a hotel where we stayed for five nights. It became part of our memories of Crete, our wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate them!
Leaving this morning was genuinely difficult. We left with wonderful memories, but also with that strange feeling that we were saying goodbye to people we had only known for a few days. To the entire Pnoé team: thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay so special.
We came to Crete for a holiday, but we left with memories that will stay with us for a lifetime.
We will definitely be back.
Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ ❤️
With love and gratitude,
José & Catarina
