I stayed at Premium Sunrise Hotel and, unfortunately, my overall experience was below my expectations.
The rooms were nice and comfortable, but the sheets were not properly clean and had visible stains. We were also promised a bed for our child, but the one provided was very thin and uncomfortable, and it was also too deep, making it unsuitable for a small child.
The food was served buffet-style, which was convenient, but unfortunately some of the food was served cold, including pasta, French fries and a few other dishes.
On the positive side, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated their attitude and hospitality.
Overall, I would give the hotel 2 out of 5 stars. With better attention to cleanliness, children’s facilities and food temperature, the experience could be much better
My family and I had an amazing stay at Sunrise Premium Hotel for six nights. During our stay, I was so impressed with the hotel that I invited other members of my family and friends to stay here as well.
The service was outstanding, the food was delicious with a great variety, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
I would also like to give special recognition to the management team for their excellent leadership and commitment to providing such a high standard of hospitality. Their dedication is clearly reflected in every aspect of the hotel.
Thank you for making our vacation truly memorable. I highly recommend Sunrise Premium Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a wonderful holiday experience.
