1/5 – Extremely disappointing and absolutely NOT worth €340 for ONE NIGHT This was honestly one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had. We paid €340 for ONE NIGHT only, for an allegedly all-inclusive stay. For that price, we expected a high standard of accommodation, food and service. Unfortunately, we experienced the exact opposite. The room was disappointing, and the shower had no hot water. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel charging €340 for a single night. The food was another major problem. The quality and selection were extremely disappointing, and there was practically nothing we wanted to eat. We actually left the hotel and went somewhere else for dinner, because we could not find anything suitable at the supposedly all-inclusive restaurant. This morning, things became almost comical. At reception, we were asked for a €20 deposit for the beach towels. While we were waiting, we overheard a staff member telling another guest that there were no available umbrellas/sunbeds at the beach. We asked ourselves and received the same answer: there were no available places at the beach. So we asked a very reasonable question: “If there are no places available at the beach, what exactly are we supposed to do with the towels you are asking us to take and pay a deposit for?” The answer was unclear, because apparently we were supposed to take the towels anyway. Perhaps we were expected to take them home to Tirana? The entire situation perfectly summarizes the level of organization and service we experienced during our stay. What is even more frustrating is that we had dinner at Bojo Resort instead, and the difference was enormous. The food was excellent and the overall experience was much better. So this was not a matter of having unrealistic expectations — it was simply a matter of receiving a very poor service at Regina Blu. For €340 for ONE NIGHT, we expected much, much more. No hot water. Poor food. Had to eat dinner elsewhere. No available beach facilities. Extra deposit for towels despite there being nowhere to use them. This is not what we understand by a €340 all-inclusive hotel experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Regina Blu and would not stay here again. At this price point, there are clearly much better options in the area.

The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable vacation by the coast. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, ensuring that the room remained spotless and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the area. One of the highlights of the hotel is the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and the restaurant served delicious food with beautiful sea views. The pool area was clean and well organized, providing a great place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The hotel’s location is also convenient, allowing easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and attractions around Vlora. Overall, Regina Blue Hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, service, and location. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Vlora area and looking for a relaxing, high-quality hotel experience. I will definitely return on my next trip to Albania.

The hotel offers a beautiful setting, but what truly makes it special is the exceptional staff and outstanding service. A very special thank you goes to the restaurant/bar team, especially Noel. His charm, professionalism, and warm personality were simply unparalleled. He always greeted us with a smile and made every visit a pleasure. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that guests felt comfortable and cared for. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality created an atmosphere that made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire Regina Blu team for an unforgettable experience. This is a fantastic hotel with unbeatable ocean views from the rooms—seriously, you can’t beat them. The staff is excellent and really captures that warm Albanian energy: people here match your vibe, so it’s hard to stay in a bad mood even if you arrive grumpy. The rooms are a bit dated but spotlessly clean, and the team does a great job making sure you have everything you need. Breakfast was solid, and the location is perfect—right near everything. The in-room Wi-Fi didn’t work, but to be honest, it was probably a blessing in disguise. I highly recommend this place!
Had the best stay here for 3 days. Celebrated my daughter Lily birthday here. The manager himself ordered n got us a cake. All staff are excellent, very polite n helpful. The view from the room and pool is out of the world. Was lucky enough to view a perfect sunset. Would totally recommend this amazing gem of hotel to everyone.
