Great hotel for a relaxing holiday in Crete. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the all-inclusive food offered a good variety every day. The water park is a nice bonus, especially for families, and the pool areas are well maintained. Good animation team. Overall, a pleasant stay with a good balance of relaxation and fun. Would happily visit again.
Room was nice with an amazing view! Pool area was great! Complimentary snacks from the pool bars were tasty too and the staff was mostly very friendly. Slides, especially the yellow one were good. Also the view from the pool area was breathtaking! Nature and plants in the hotel property was also lovely. It made the stay very cozy and the area was nice to navigate and to just hang around in.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Although we encountered a few minor issues at the beginning, the staff handled everything incredibly fast and professionally. Their efficiency and helpfulness turned things around completely, leaving us with only the most pleasant impressions and memories. Highly recommended for the outstanding service and great atmosphere
Pools are clean and maintained, ocean access is great, and open bars at every location. Food was good and no one felt sick at any point. Their excursions are well organized and worthwhile. Honestly easy to have a no frills great time! Main reason for taking off a star is that rooms are dated, specifically the bathrooms with occasional smell.
I highly recommend this place. They grabbed me with initial response at a booking time after 5 minutes which never happened before when i book and have request. This followed with the best customer service, champagne and fruits in the room, clean, quiet, comfortable bed, amazing ambiance everywhere and such great staff with smile on their faces and willing to help you at any time. I must say i felt like a queen. We had our wedding anniversary and they made our day so special. A big THANK YOU to all.
