What an absolutely stunning location. Amazing views out to see from the rooms and restaurant. Amazing views over the inlet and watching the sailboats coming and going each. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. You were shown to a table each time for your meal. Lovely variety of food and the was still being replenished up towards the end of dinner (compared to a previous hotel we stayed at..!) You given 2 vouchers for beach towels, which can be changed every couple of days. It’s free, but sadly some people struggle with this concept. Thanks to the hot weather right up into the evening, towels only used to take under an hour to dry out.! 2x lovely sized pools surrounded by sun loungers. Sometimes a struggle to get a lounger, but just just go down for a bit before breakfast… We’ve come back properly relaxed after a week, but will definitely be going back..!☀️
This place is absolutely stunning. We booked here for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. From the minute you walk in the door the views are breath taking, staff are friendly & helpful. The staff has scattered petals across our bed for us arriving which was a beautiful touch. The room was spotless and cleaned every day to the point sometimes you could smell the cleaninf chemicals on return to your room. Food is excellent my partner is fussy and always managed to find something to eat. We reserved a bali bed during our stay which was so comfortable and made lying by the pool just that extra bit more relaxing. Cocktails are fabulous, highly recommend a frozen strawberry or mango daiquiri. My partner used the indoor pool a couple times & I went for a massage in the spa. Hotel is in a fab location and not a far walk from the main strip. We were absolutely gutted to come home. This place is just amazing.
Unbelievable place to have a holiday. I took my elderly mum for a few nights and the staff were caring and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were a great size, clean and with wonderful views. The food was wonderful, with a variety of choices each day and the restaurant itself was spotless. There was a variety of entertainment, quizzes and bingo to suit all ages. Honestly, we couldn't fault it and will be back next year.
This hotel is hyped a lot on internet so let's see... Hotel what a fab location, views to die for. Lovely pools.. bad side of pool, sunbed wars in morning as there are not enough beds. Staff is super friendly, no complaints only praise for all. Rooms: some are dated, need modernization. Food: the meals are ok, food could be warmer.. not always able to make a meal out of it... I be annoyed if I was all in, as all in doesn't mean all in, you have to pay for certain things. Around the hotel: NADA... 10 min walk to what's called square, rundown , derelict, empty shops and entertainment is like a bad Saturday afternoon in Wheaterspoons... Avoid. Take a taxi to Santa Ponsa, 5 / 6 euros..
Just stayed here for the second time. This is a great hotel for views, access into the sea, great sea breeze and very relaxing. Lovely staff. The breakfast could be better but the dinner is great. There is a bit of a battle for beds but always managed to find one. We stayed before in a suite which was fantastic. This year was a premium double which was fine but the views from balcony are excellent. You cannot beat the sunset bar and atmosphere in the evening. Great price for what you get here - would recommend
