Different service for everyone. Some get good service other don't get any service and get brushed away. Some get good cocktails other don get them att all. Some get late check out other need to pay 18€/h or nor att all. We stepped on glass in the pool. We will not go back to this hotel.
We had an amazing stay — everything was perfect! The hotel, food, and atmosphere were excellent. The staff was absolutely wonderful, always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Erdi, the bartender, who was especially kind and caring. He made our stay even more enjoyable 😘 We would gladly come back again! Highly recommended.

Lovley Hotel, my first time Here. Overall the time was good. Food was very well, and Mixed so every guest can found Something you Like. The rooms are okay , Cleaned every day an Sometimes u found Something cute Like on the Pictures. The only Thing i complain is the very small Television, with No Multimedia Things. That Could be done better in the Future. But Overall a good Hotel , easy reach the beach , and the old part of Side.
The winning factor of this hotel is the staff, they are professional, attentive, willing and capable of solving any issues. The staff can not do enough for you, The managers / owners are on hand and are absolutely great. We had a great stay. The food was excellent. The rooms were value for the cost of the holiday. The rooms were clean and cleaned evey day. There were only a few English family's there when we stayed in peak season but we found other holiday makers pleasant and decent. If you want loungers near the pool in peak season you need to be up before eight, but there was always availability at the private beach which was a short walk away. There are shops near by and don't miss out on the Bazaar in Manavagat. Staff and managers won our hearts and couldnt do enough for you. Thank you to you all.
