Nice hotel with small beach - easy to enter, water is clean. Food is reasonable, could be better variety of fish or seafood.
Absolutely unacceptable hotel for a 4-star rating.
The only positives: good location and direct access to the beach. That’s it.
Now the negatives:
1. Upon arrival, there was a flood in the bathroom. The cleaner removed it, but by the next morning it returned.
2. The food is absolutely awful – low-quality products, tasteless and inedible. The meat in particular is unacceptable for a hotel claiming four stars.
3. At the pool, there are signs stating that towels left on sunbeds will be removed if unattended. In reality, no one enforces this. Elderly guests “reserve” sunbeds early in the morning with towels, then disappear back to their rooms. I asked the receptionist three times to at least free one sunbed. No once cares. How?. New guests arriving to swim are left standing with nowhere to sit. Why even put up these signs if no one cares?
4. Our room was changed because of the flooding, and we were given a newly renovated one. However, you cannot plug in a charger without moving the nightstand.
5. To open the wardrobe, you also have to move the nightstand. How is this acceptable?
6. The Wi-Fi barely works. You have to walk around to find a spot where it connects.
7. Hot water is unreliable. Sometimes you wait and it still doesn’t come. On the first floor, it was lukewarm at best. On the second floor, we had to shower in cold water. This is outrageous.
We ended up leaving the hotel before our planned check-out date because it was simply unbearable.
The mattress in the “new” room was so hard it was impossible to sleep.
I honestly don’t understand who writes positive reviews about this hotel – probably people close to the owners. For us, it was a huge disappointment. Vacation ruined. No refund, of course.
Amazing staff! Each and everyone was always with the smile in their face. Moreover, the food was amazing. Each meal had choices for every category (e.g., vegetarian) and their meats were excellent. The rooms were very nice and clean and the pool was perfect for relaxing. We will visit the hotel again in the near future.
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff and delicious food. Kids club, where my kids liked to spend time. Swimming pool with clean fresh water. The hotel located next to the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas (free of charge). Wifi works properly everywhere.
We really like this hotel. And for sure will recommend it to our friends.
We stopped at Stefania Beach Resort for a short break. Before we arrived, we were reading various reviews that had mixed opinions. We stayed for 3 days and had a great time at the hotel. Staff put 100% effort into their job. The manager Vasily works hard to run all hotel services.
Thank you very much to all staff for a pleasant stay.

Euboea, also known as Evia, is the second-largest Greek island in area and population, after Crete, and the sixth largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. It is separated from Boeotia in mainland Greece by the narrow Euripus Strait (only 40 m (130 ft) at its narrowest point), the North Euboean Gulf, and the South Euboean Gulf. In general outline it is a long and narrow island; it is about 180 km (
Aulis (Ancient Greek: Αὐλίς) was a Greek port town, located in ancient Boeotia in central Greece, at the Euripus Strait, opposite of the island of Euboea, at modern Mikro Vathy/Ag. Nikolaos. Livy states that Aulis was 3 miles (4.8 km) from Chalcis.
Tatoi (Greek: Τατόι, pronounced [ta.ˈto.i]) was the summer palace and 42 km2 (10,000 acres) estate of the former Greek royal family. The area is a densely wooded southeast-facing slope of Mount Parnitha, and its ancient and current official name is Dekeleia. It is located 27 km (17 mi) from the city centre of Athens and 2.5 km (2 mi) from Kifissia.
Lefkandi (Greek: Λευκαντί) is a coastal village on the island of Euboea, Greece. Archaeological finds attest to a settlement on the promontory locally known as Xeropolis, while several associated cemeteries have been identified nearby. The settlement site is located on a promontory overlooking the Euripos Strait, with small bays forming natural harbours east and west of the site.
Dirfi (Greek: Δίρφη [ˈðiɾfi]), formerly Dirfys (Ancient Greek: Δίρφῠς [dírpʰys]), is a mountain in the central part of the island of Euboea, in central Greece. At 1,743 m elevation, it is the highest mountain of Euboea. The Dirfi gave its name to the municipal unit Dirfys.
The Emir Zade Mosque (Greek: Εμίρ Ζαδέ Τζαμί, from Turkish: Emirzade Camii, lit. 'Mosque of the Emir's son') is a former mosque in the town of Chalcis, on the island of Euboea, Greece. The mosque was completed in the 1480s, during the Ottoman era, abandoned in 1821, and, since the 1950s, has served as a museum non-accessible to the public.
