We stayed at this hotel for New Year’s Eve and paid a significantly higher price than usual, but the experience was a complete disappointment. We came specifically for the New Year’s event, yet we were not allowed to attend the event at all. Even worse, we were told that there was no food available that night and were simply sent back. On New Year’s Eve, at a hotel, not even being able to get something as basic as a toast is honestly absurd. Communication was also extremely poor. Apart from the first day, none of our calls were answered. At check-in, we were only given two wristbands, with no further explanation, guidance, or service. Guests are expected to handle cleaning, dishes, and everything else themselves. There is almost no hotel service whatsoever. This place is not a hotel, just a house, and everything beyond that comes at an extra cost. If you don’t make reservations weeks in advance, you risk having nothing to eat, and you are basically expected to bring your own food.
Stayed here for my birthday in December, lovely location and cottage. It looked over a small pond that was misty in the morning and was nice and peaceful. Hiking routes in the area and a nice short walk available to go around the nearby lake and the across the bridge. In the winter months there is a light walk too. Cottage was in good shape, clean and without damage. This Centerparcs isn’t a typical “all in one dome” park, however there is a central location with a restaurant (that’s very nice!), activities launching point for things like the kids safari and pool.
Probably the best Center Parcs. The location right next to Hoge Kempen National Park - super cool. The cottages are all luxurious and modern. Lots of activities in and around for kids and adults. Does not have the best kids' speeltuins, but the boating and safari make up for it. Beauty of the region is carefully landscaped into this resort.
Amazing location and great facilities, however it’s better for families with babies or older kids (tweens and up) as the pool lacked slides and other fun things you come to expect from Center Parcs, and the indoor playground could have been a bit more exciting for kids aged 6-12.
The pool area is amazing , the food quality very good and the accommodation quite good.. I would say service is good with some improvement opportunities mainly with the personal in the lobby.. in general I think is great
