Few words will not give credit to how special this place is. It is definitely a must visit. Feels like home from arrival to departure. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful while being very subtle on when to engage and when not. The place itself is very well maintained and decorated, and very convenient to enjoy what Switzerland mountains have to offer, in one of the best villages. We will for sure be back …
Utterly amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and wished it could have been much more. Staying at the lodge leaves you feeling like nowhere else is good enough. This is mostly because of the incredible service and ‘nothing is to much trouble’ Attitude. It really is a home from home, that is if your home is luxury retreat. If you get the opportunity then go, it’s worth every single hard earned penny.
Our team had the most impressive week at The Lodge. One thing is that the lodge itself is unbelievably nice, cosy and modern in combination with Swiss wood. Full of games and things to do for all of 25 of us, including kids in the range of 2 years till 10 years old. And the vew to the mountains is Woow! But the second thing is what I am getting emotional about is… for my whole life I am obsessed with the customer service, and I keep imagining the things that a good service should be. I know how hard it is to provide a good service, and usually, wherever I go, something is off, so I was under the impression that there is no such thing in the world. But then we came to The Lodge! It blew my mind and heart! It’s here! Yes! There is such a place in the world - and it’s The Lodge. Their team has the Customer Service cracked wide open! They are so amazing - with all the attention to the tiniest details, about every individual person of our team, the kitchen, the food, they just guessed it all from just a glance. It’s so much to tell, but the words are not able to capture it. You have to experience it, to know what I mean. Absolutely, the best Service I have ever experienced, anywhere! 🥰

The chalet is 1,200m2 in total split over five floors all connected by an elevator. With nine spacious, beautifully designed bedrooms including two Master Suites, The Lodge can accommodate up to 18 guests plus an additional six children in the specially designed Bunkroom. During the winter months, The Lodge is hired on an exclusive use basis for a minimum 7-night stay. You can take individual rooms during the winter if the property hasn’t been booked within six weeks prior to arrival. ⛷ During the summer season, The Lodge is turned into a beautiful boutique hotel where guests can book individual rooms throughout the season. Rates are per room per night with the option to take exclusive hire of The Lodge. It’s perfect for spending time with family and friends. The nearest international airport is in Geneva, about a two-hour drive from The Lodge. Private planes are able to land at Sion Airport which is only 45 minutes by car from the chalet. Zurich airport is about a 3-hour drive to The Lodge. We can arrange helicopter transfers on request from Geneva, Zurich and Sion Airports. You can also take the train directly from Geneva Airport to Martigny, a town about a 30-minute drive from The Lodge or onward to Le Châble, which is a 15-minute drive. ✔️🎄❄️⛷
