My partner and I just returned from a spectacular 7-night stay at this hotel, and we can confidently say it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality and experience. First and foremost, the location is absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning, making it the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Inside the hotel, the attention to detail is remarkable—the cleanliness throughout the entire property was absolutely perfect, and our room was immaculate every single day. A huge standout for us was the food and drink offer. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a fantastic variety of choices. Pair that with the incredible entertainment lineup they provided each evening, and we never wanted to leave the resort. What truly makes this place special, though, is the friendly staff. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond with a genuine smile to ensure we had everything we needed. We had the absolute best time and are already planning our return trip for next year. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the service was excellent, and everything was well organized. The highlight was definitely dinner on the terrace, accompanied by a local live band. The delicious food, relaxing atmosphere, and great music made for a truly memorable evening. A special thank you to our waiter, Ali, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. He made us feel truly welcome. We would gladly come back and highly recommend this hotel.
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful – a true retreat for both the body and soul. The location is perfect, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always in a great mood, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious dishes. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday. The viev is stunning, food is really good, there is a lot of drinks avalible from morning to midnight so it is really convinient here. Prepare for extra kiloes when you return home :)) Live music really made us trip! Stuff is amazing! Especially Bojana, lovely, kind, beautiful girl, who helped me with my badly broken nail. God thanks she is also nail artist and she was there. She even didn’t want my money! Such a big heart 💕 Everything in the hotel is better than good, but you should really consider having nail artist or cosmetologist full time, because if a women need service like these there is nowhere to ask on this Island. Maybe you should also consider a mini shop with sunscreen or sunglasses? There is also nowhere to buy it. It would be really nice, helpfull and convinient for your quests to have something like this here. Despite this I am leaving 5/5, because you have really kind stuff.
Absolutely not recommended I booked two rooms for a few days of relaxation, but unfortunately the hotel is far from the standard I am used to and, in my opinion, certainly not a four-star hotel by international standards. The absolute no-go was that we were knowingly given a room with a non-functioning air conditioning system. I reported this immediately, but nothing was done on the first day. Instead, as already mentioned in other reviews, they simply provided a portable air conditioner. The noise was absolutely unbearable. With the windows open, mosquitoes entered the room, resulting in a completely sleepless first night. Only after putting considerable pressure on the management was a room change finally offered. The hotel was apparently fully booked and new guests were arriving – so I assume someone else simply had to deal with the same problem afterwards. The compensation offered was limited to two better sun loungers for two days, which I found completely inadequate considering the circumstances. The food was average. I also cannot understand why the pool bar only opens at 10:30 am. The plastic cups provided at the water dispensers sometimes smelled so bad that using them was genuinely disgusting. The one positive aspect: the restaurant staff were consistently very friendly and attentive. Overall, however, this was a very disappointing stay and definitely not a hotel I would recommend.
