We had the pleasure of dining at Jakaranda Lounge, and everything was truly outstanding. The food was delicious, prepared with great care, and the service was of the highest possible standard. The staff were professional, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. I visited in October 2025, and it was an experience I will always remember. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire restaurant and hotel staff for their hard work, dedication, and exceptional hospitality. Thank you for making our visit so special. You have my utmost respect, and I wish you continued success!
Pros - Clean rooms, daily maintenance - Lovely sandy beach area, quiet mornings, covered sunbeds, beach bar -Two covered playgrounds (one on the beach, one on the grass) - Friendly staff overall, kids’ evening show at 8 p.m. everyday that lasted 25-30 min - Restaurant variety: multiple on-site dining options, including themed restaurants and a beachfront eatery - Wifi in the crowded places (beach, restaurants, pool etc) worked very well Cons - Wifi in the room was almost non-existing which is a big thumbs down - No indoor playroom available throughout the day - Outdoor kids’ pool: no splash areas or interactive features; only a simple covered structure with four slides and stairs, which can get boring for young children - Double bed was small at 160×200 cm; pillows were hard and uncomfortable and the mattress was with arches that could be felt really bad - Air conditioning had no remote or timer - Indoor pool for children had cold water, which was uncomfortable - Limited shade or indoor escape from the heat with very small kids - Main restaurant was very crowded, long queues during dinner time at the main stations, with tables placed very close together, a bit uncomfortable since we had a stroller - Significant language barrier (staff more comfortable in German than English, or none at all) Final Impression For families with toddlers, the lack of indoor play areas, the simplicity of the kids’ pool, and the crowded main restaurant make this resort less ideal. It may be better suited for families with older children, but for us, it is not the best fit at this stage.
If you consider this hotel for your holiday, believe me this is not the place. Terrible food in the restaurant, everything is cooked with some terrible sauces, and do not have a good taste, and the variety is extremely low for these kinds of hotel in Tuekey. You have one or two meet options, and one kind of fish and that's all. You don't have working terrace in the restaurants, and you need to sit inside when the weather is good, which is not good. The outside pool the water is freezing, the indoor one is very small. They have three saunas and only one is working, which is barely enough for all the guests. The massages in the hotel are very expensive for Turkey 90 euro for 30 minute, 110 euro for 60 minutes and so on. The night animation, is all tailored for German guest and they do not acknowledge other nationalities. During the day do not expect to see the animation team, you have to search for them. When we arrived there was not a single explanation which restaurant where is places and the working times, and you have to go everywhere to find out for yourself. If you want coffee with more milk they look you as if you are going to drink the whole carton, and they do not want to pour you enough. I think I have said enough, if you want to have an issue every day with the staff, this is the place, but if you want a holiday choose a different hotel.
Excellent place to relax and have fun. The waterpark is big, the sports opportunities are excellent and night parties never disappoint. The staff is very friendly and welcoming (shoutout to Mustafa, pro archery coach). The area is not too crowded (visited in May). The room that I was in (standard bungalow on the 3rd floor) had an amazing view to the whole resort. The rroom has a balcony, AC, a minibar and a large bathroom. Bottled water is free to every visitor, which is awesome. The free wifi is fast and working. The hotel has a very wide food selection. The main "Magico" restaurant (breakfast and dinner) and the Snack restaurant (lunch) are buffets that offer various dishes. There are also bars and other places to snack. Everything is included in the all-inclusive ticket. Sports and other activities can be accessed conveniently through their Magic Life app. Booking archery and tennis courts was very easy for me. Daily program is also available in the app. I absolutely loved my stay at TUI MAGIC LIFE Jacaranda. I will definitely come there again.
This hotel has been our favourite holiday destination for 4 years. It is a beautiful hotel with fantastic entertainment, it also has wonderful pool and beach access on site. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly and keep us coming back every year! Jacuranda has a fabulous Spa, we always book 4 massages each as it’s fantastic. The 1 problem and only problem with this hotel is the food and beverage managers! They bark orders and talk nastily to the dining room (Magico) staff. They are miserable and never smile. I was very uncomfortable how they bully waiters and waitresses in front of guests! We noticed that Aydin and his little mafia of managers seem to just walk around barking and making the dining hall a bit of a war zone. Hated eating in there in the evenings. We tried to complain about this and all that happened was make them worse! I felt so sorry for the waiters and waitresses that work so hard have to endure these nasty behaviours! I then went to talk to the Tui rep at the hotel and he looked into it. The end result was that I should stop complaining as I will only make it worse for the staff of these vial food and beverage managers. He said this is Turkey and not England it’s much stricter here! Awful just awful 😞 couldn’t believe this!!! Shocking!! So bullying is aloud at Tui magic life Jacaranda. We have taken so many family and friends here over the years but will never go here again which is sad because there are so many great things about this place, but it’s ruined by the food and beverage managers.
