Great experience overall. The location of the resort is amazing very convenient for exploring the island, especially Taormina. Lots of greenery and trees around, very well kept and maintained, we enjoyed walking around. Our apartment was in one of the vilas with a very comfortable double bed and two single beds in a separate room. Everything was cleaned daily. Food was greaat, although mainly same options for breakfast daily, everything was warm, fresh and tasty. Dinner was amazing, lots of choices for pasta, meat, see food, salads and desserts (loved the tiramisu ❤️). Having wine included was also great. I’ve noticed that there were good variety of options available for different dietary requirements and good information regarding allergies. The beach is nice, clear water and with amazing views to mount Etna on clear sky days. Pools are also clean and well maintained with staff around to help if required. There were lots of activities for kids with a club available every day and fun activities in the evening, shout out to all the advisors, everyone was kind and friendly. Lots of options available for drinks and snacks during the day in the restaurants in the resort one of them serving delicious wood baked pizza. There are also a few shops and beauty salon in the resort, supermarket on close proximity. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Stayed here in May & loved this hotel. It’s large has many facilities and rooms were superb. Staff cleaning did a great job all week long, good air con in the room too. There’s no English tv channels but that’s first world problems. Food wise - breakfast was always good, dinner sometimes lacked a selection (veal several days in a row) but service was great. I would prefer self serve for breakfast but that’s personal preference. Loved all the pool, no issues with a sunbed. Bars were very reasonable priced and pizza restaurant. Beach is all stones/shards of stones so I did not like that but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Would definitely return.
The hotel is a big resort. It has loads of different places you can sit around, it has a restaurant, two different places to have breakfast, one big bar to have drinks during the night, kids area , amazing private beach with sunbeds ( some are free and others you pay( the ones nearer rhe beach)) the sea is beautiful, quiet and the water is warm. The rooms are dantastic. We stayed in the main building and has a magnificent view of the hotel and volcano. Good location for those who want to stay near Taormina. Only 15 mins away. It has parking and you can walk to restaurants nearby. Amazing experience!! Pd. : shout out to Alessandro the waiter. Very good customer service:))
I just checked in and I'm already incredibly impressed by the super friendly and flexible service. The hotel's location is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly attentive, whether it's the roommaids, waiters, or the receptionists. ❤️ The rooms are beautifully furnished and clean – the view from the balcony of the sea and Mount Etna is breathtaking. And I haven't even seen everything yet in this hotel! I'm really looking forward to the next few days and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone!
We stayed at this hotel for one week with the half-board option. The room initially assigned to us was located at the far end of the property on the garden side. On our second night, when we returned to the hotel, we found our room full of insects and ants. When we moved the bed, we discovered many more insects underneath it. We immediately called the reception, and they sent someone with insect spray. However, it was useless because there were simply too many insects. Even the staff member admitted that the spray would not solve the problem and that our room should be changed. We definitely did not want to stay in that room under those conditions. Eventually, they moved us to another room in the main part of the hotel, which was much better. However, the following night, we still noticed a few ants in the new room as well. The quality of both breakfast and dinner was good. However, the swimming pools were not as clean as expected. On one occasion, I personally removed a wet tissue from the pool. The reception staff and hotel employees were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Even in this hotel, when a person enters, there is no water at the reception. So, if someone is thirsty after coming a long way, from the road or somewhere else, there is simply no water even to welcome them, so they can drink.
