We arrived at Valentin Star and were greeted by the wonderful Marian, who took our cases with a smile and gave us a bottle of cold water, our suitcases were taken to the room. We were then greeted and checked in by a marvellous reception team, Francisa gave us a glass of wine and a tour of hotel facilities and took us to our room she was happy to explain everything. The rooms were immaculate, cleaned daily, tea, coffee replenished daily, mini bar refilled on request. The hotel is fantastic, lovely pool area, jacuzzi, loads of comfortable beds, a lovely animation team who greet you with a smile. The food is amazing, from the restaurant, to the Malibu bar and Valentinos restaurant, with plenty of choice. The jewel in the crown of this hotel are the amazing staff who work here, they make you feel special and take great pride in making everyone's holiday a special experience. A special mention to Oscar, Ivan, Denisa, Horachio and Maria who we felt went above and beyond to remember our name and room number 321. Oscar was an amazing host in the evening who does everything with a smile and wicked sense of humour, Ivan and Horachio are a credit, you can see kindness and caring in everying they do. Denisa was amazing young lady and greets you with the most amazing smile she also always remembered lima with my drink. I also met Marian in the local supermarket, who saw me and came over with his friend, we shared a laugh together, Marian showed how proud the staff are of their hotel and their beautiful island of Menorca. We really look forward to returning for a Absolut vodka & Coke. Much love to you all, we wish Valentin Star and it's amazing staff every future success. Lee & Becky Parker ROOM 321.

I have just returned from seven days at the Valentin Star Hotel in Cala n Bosch and felt I must comment on the great service and excellent food provided whilst there. From even before we arrived ,the hotel quickly responded to an email I had sent them regarding a couple of enquiries and, once there, the staff at reception were just as efficient in responding to any requests. In particular I would like to mention Dani, as he was so informative and attentive. My friend and I had opted for all inclusive premium and cannot fault it at all; cold flannels and a glass of fizz on arrival and a mini tour for familiarisation .The attention to detail throughout our stay was far better than some five star hotels I have stayed in and the staff equally impressive . I would also like to give Maria, one of the bar staff, a shout out as, every day, she was providing us with drinks, food and towels to our Balinese day beds , you could not wish for more. The evening entertainment was also great and the added touches of the guys playing the violin and saxophone around the pool in the late afternoon was an added bonus. Finally, I have to say the food cannot be faulted; each night there was a different selection of starters and mains available so nothing seemed repetitive and I believe that even the fussiest of eaters would have found something each night to suit their tastes. During our stay my friend was going to be celebrating her birthday and as she was coming with me and leaving her husband at home I asked at reception if they could source a cake for me asking me when and where I needed it for. Come the day ,when she had returned to her room ,a bottle of cava was delivered and in the evening at Valentino’s another bottle of fizz was on ice waiting for her and a card wishing her an happy birthday . These are the additional touches I felt I had to mention although it’s now getting to be like a small novel! The food at Valentino’s was also excellent and, as it is much smaller, has a bistro vibe with more of a set menu . All in all , a great find and would not hesitate to recommend.

What a fantastic hotel. We just got back from a 10 day stay. The hotel was nicer than we expected. The food was the best buffet food I've experienced. Everything from grilled Lobsters, suckling pig & whole grilled bream or sea bass and more. The general quality was very high. The staff were all lovely. My only "negative comment" would be the hotel is dominated by older British guests who love to complain and are generally quite judgemental. The high amount of older British guests also influence the food choices negatively in my opinion. I was expecting slightly more variety in the style of cuisine. We also upgraded to premium all inclusive for one day it was a extra £150 euro for me and my wife. I'd say premium is worth it providing you order a few cocktails & bottles of wine. Cala en Bosch is a great destination for a holiday. There are plenty of bars and restaurants outside the hotel with a great upbeat atmosphere. The beach is stunning. Also there is car hire just outside the hotel. I highly recommend exploring the island by car as cala en Bosch is quite cut off otherwise.

Excellent quality hotel with outstanding customer service throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, and the pool area was lovely. It was also a nice touch to have beach towels provided in the room. I also dined at the hotel's restaurant on the harbour, which had the highest-rated reviews in the area, and it certainly lived up to expectations. The food and service were both exceptional. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention. They were incredibly friendly, greeting me warmly every morning, and kept the room spotless with everything I needed throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near a local bus stop, making it easy to travel into the nearby city for restaurants, shopping, and the night markets. I will be returning. Thank you!
