Do NOT under any circumstances stay in this NIGHTMARE of a hotel. DISGUSTING! Filthy all over. Do not even think about swimming in the pool. Looks like swamp water. Supposed to be ”All Inclusive”? What a joke! Breakfast is from 8-10, we went at 9, NO FOOD LEFT. AT ALL. No coffee machine, no juice available, no warm dishes, not even bread. And no cups or plates, but don’t worry, you won’t be needing any. No alcohol at the bars except watered down, fake alcohol, not even soft drinks for crying out loud. ”All inclusive”, but you cannot even have water from the bar. Bird feces everywhere, and smells of literal death. Went to the reception to find out if there was a manger I could talk to, since I was hungry and wanted some breakfast which wasn’t there, and the woman was INCREDIBLY MEAN. She looked at me like I was a piece of crap on the floor and did not care about my concerns AT ALL. She said the manager is in the restaurant and that she would call him. Manager literally said that he will not come and that if I have something to say I can go to the restaurant myself. I asked the woman how I could find the manager there as I do not know what he looks like or where he could even be. Went to see, and the guy who is the supposed manager was sitting in a table smoking cigarettes, and looking at me like I’m crazy again. I left, feeling belittled and like an idiot. I would NEVER EVER in any case scenario recommend this hotel to ANYONE. Not even my worst enemies.

Horrible experience. Birthday gift upside-down. Upon arrival at the place, the reception was unaware of our booking. After waiting for a while they told us that our room was ready. The room didn't have anything to do with what we booked online, to make things worse, it was dirty, and there were damages alla around. On the terrace, there was a lot of bird excrement and a sigar left over. The package was all-inclusive and included the afternoon snack l, but once we got in to the restaurant, there was nothing ready, and the staff was again unaware of it like if none of the other guests had this included. The person in charge here was kind enough to call arrange something. The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool, especially for the little one that was just waiting for that as it was almost empty just filling up. After discussing with the reception, we were told that there was another pool in a detached part of the complex, but upon visit, also this one was being filled up maybe half a metre below normal level. We decided to call the booking site and cancel the booking providing the reason for leaving. Shortly after this, we saw from the terrace how the staff gathered for a meeting, after which we noticed the change in behaviour of a couple of nice staff members met previously, before the cancellation (don't know what was discussed in that meeting but I guess the staff was scolded for something they had no guilty) We got a partial refund of our booking after that.

Hotel is nice. The stuff is friendly, room cleaning- is daily. A wide opportunity of different food is an advantage. There is a restaurant and "sky-bar" on the upper floor of the building with amazing landscape view. During staying, we have reserved twice a dinner with national food of bulgarian at the restaurant for free, so we discovered what means "all inclus" service totally. A gum is also available for fitness-interested individuals for everyday training. Nice choice, nice vacations! Thanks to people, that do the atmosphere of that hotel.

1st Time In Bulgaria. (English) Hotel very basic but comfortable and friendly. Food very nice. Maid service every day. It's very quiet here, there's nothing to do outside the grounds of the hotel. Beach is very basic but free and peaceful. Free mini bus service to the village.

We stayed in Vemara Club in August, 2021 in a villa for 8 days. There is no private beach there, it's not the first-line hotel. The pictures at the sites are very old and untruth. There was only one pool instead of three (all sunbeds always occupied with towels). There is no sky restaurant at the roof of the main building. In a villa all bathrooms were broken (either toilet cistern, or shower tray). The staff speaks only Bulgarian. We were lucky that the receptionist spoke English a little. The beach is far from the hotel (you should walk by the side of the road for 15 minutes at a sun), there is no sunbeds or umbrellas there, no lifesavers. The beach is very dirty, full of seeweeds and midges, the bottom of the sea is covered with sharp stones and shells. It was the worst variant to spend our vacations in.
