We stayed at Very Chic Bodrum for 12 days in Jun 2026 and had a really good holiday. The strongest part of this hotel is definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, relaxed and professional, from reception to the restaurant and bar team. Ali at the bar was one of our favourites, but honestly the whole staff was great.
We also had a favourite waitress in the restaurant, Şule. She was always very kind, attentive and took really good care of us throughout our stay. I remember that she was studying tourism at university, and she was clearly very good with guests.
After changing rooms, we got a room on an upper floor with a beautiful view of both the pool and the sea. From that moment, we were very happy with the accommodation. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the hotel, which is not always common in resorts, and the quality of the alcohol and drinks was also very good.
One small funny detail was that after a few days they changed the plastic drink cups from 300 ml to 200 ml. I am sure this was completely unrelated to how much the guests were drinking. 🙂
I also appreciated the food ordering system. It clearly helps reduce waste compared with a large all-inclusive buffet, and I liked that idea. The food was generally good, but after 12 days the menu became quite repetitive. After a few days, we mostly ordered only the dishes we already knew and liked.
There were Turkish, Italian and Asian themed dinners, but in reality they offered only a small change, and many dishes were already familiar from the regular menu. For a shorter stay, this would probably not be a problem, but for a longer holiday the menu could definitely have more variety.
The daytime animation was not very important for us, and personally I do not think an adults-only hotel needs a busy programme during the day. The evening entertainment was a completely different story. Some of the shows were genuinely impressive and sometimes felt like professional television productions. They managed to keep us at the bar until late, even though we are no longer the type of guests who need to go to a club every night.
When we wanted more nightlife, Bodrum centre was easy to reach by dolmuş. The hotel has a very good location directly by the beach and close to Gümbet, so it is easy to combine relaxing by the pool or sea with drinks, evening entertainment and occasional nights out in Bodrum.
Very Chic is not a perfect hotel, especially for guests staying almost two weeks and expecting a lot of food variety, but the staff, atmosphere, room, drinks, Wi-Fi, beach location and evening shows made our stay memorable. We felt very comfortable there and would definitely return.
Pros:
Excellent and genuinely friendly staff
Special thanks to Ali at the bar and Şule in the restaurant
Very good quality alcohol and drinks
Excellent Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
Beautiful pool and sea view from the upper-floor rooms
Direct beach access
Relaxed adults-only atmosphere
Very good evening entertainment
Easy connection to Bodrum centre by dolmuş
Food ordering system helps reduce waste
Cons:
Food becomes repetitive during a longer stay
Themed dinners offer only limited additional variety
Some rooms may be much better than others
Plastic drink cups mysteriously became smaller during our stay 🙂
The Very Chic is the best destination for people who's looking for part activity holidays.
Do what imagine all day and nights.
This is the best kind of kinder gaden for adults.
Here you can feel as the kid again, and be not alone.
It's a only piece,
you'll be very well fedded, 10 steps to the beach, never be bored, the excellent staff won't let you.
If you have found yourself here, probably we meet again.
⭐⭐⭐☆☆
We stayed at Very Chic in Bodrum for 10 days and, overall, had a mixed experience.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms were nice, everything was clean and well presented, the pool was lovely and the whole hotel had a really stylish, Instagrammable feel. Pretty much everywhere you went was photo-worthy. The beach was also lovely, and the location was good — around a 10-minute taxi ride into Bodrum town and roughly 30 minutes to the marina/shopping areas.
The reception staff were brilliant — always friendly, helpful and happy to assist.
Unfortunately, the biggest letdown was the food and service. Some of the food was genuinely nice, but the portion sizes were very small and the quality was inconsistent. I ordered a seafood pasta one evening which was basically just pasta with hardly any seafood in it. Chicken Caesar salads would often arrive without croutons and with very little Parmesan compared with what was advertised. Some starters, such as chicken wings, also arrived cold.
The themed food nights sounded great, but sometimes there were only around three dishes available, which I found disappointing for an all-inclusive hotel.
The restaurant service was particularly poor. There were four of us, and it was common for one person’s food to arrive while the others waited another 10 minutes or more. On several occasions our food arrived and we didn’t even have knives and forks. Drinks were another issue — we’d sit down, order our food and nobody would come to take our drink order, meaning we’d sometimes have to ask while we were already eating.
I’m not sure whether the restaurant was understaffed or it was an organisation issue, but the service definitely didn’t match the standard or price of the hotel.
The daytime entertainment was also quite disappointing. During our 10 days, darts seemed to be the main activity, often twice a day, with very little else happening. The darts games would sometimes last only 5–10 minutes. The pool party/foam party was actually really good and had a great atmosphere, but unfortunately there wasn’t much else like that during our stay.
The evening entertainment was enjoyable when it was on, including the Barbie night, which got everyone up dancing, but it generally lacked a bit of atmosphere. The DJs were also fairly average.
One thing we absolutely loved was the Turkish bath and massage. We had a Turkish bath followed by an hour-long massage and it was honestly fantastic — 10/10. Great experience and good value for money.
The Starbucks and ice cream area within the hotel were also great additions, although occasionally some drinks weren’t available, which was frustrating for an all-inclusive stay.
I also think the hotel would benefit massively from having a proper lunchtime snack bar where you could grab something quick and take it back to your sunbed. Having to sit in the restaurant, order food and then wait for drinks and cutlery made getting a simple lunch more difficult than it needed to be.
Overall, Very Chic is a beautiful and clean hotel in a great location, with lovely rooms, pool and beach, and some really friendly staff. However, the restaurant service, inconsistent food, small portions and lack of entertainment were disappointing.
There is definitely a lot of potential here, but for the price and the standard you’d expect, I think the food service and entertainment need some serious improvement.
The photos include a photo of the hotel pool and one of the dinners which was very disappointing
Excellent, everything is great. Staff, cleanliness and overall service of the hotel. Very urban, ordering food via QR code, great food, no crowds either in the restaurant or on the beach. Only at night is the music loud from all sides, so there is no silence until morning.
The toilet have no roof and built in the room so the smell and the bacteria goes to the room plus it’s see through. The reception wasn’t helpful for earlier check or later check check out . So based on its price it’s not worth it
