We stayed at the hotel this weekend. The room and service was perfectly lovely. The breakfast was good. What spoiled the impression was the behaviour of other guests in the spa - kids and adults who jump from the sides landing almost on your head; people drinking alcohol in the sauna; going straights from the sauna into the pool/jacuzzi without washing their sweat away; we even interrupted two youngsters getting frisky in the steam sauna where it is dark. In one word - disgusting, and this was all during one evening visit. This is all because there is no spa personnel in the pool zone.
I liked the rooms in the hotel and location was fine, but I think the service was not 4 star. Nobody from staff ever smiled, everything seemed difficult and not fully answered. I did not feel very welcome. In addition, I think breakfast was very poor, small choice with a lot of things finished and slowly refilled. Also empty plates were very slowly removed from the tables. For a 4 star hotel with so many quests, better breakfast was expected.
Great service and very friendly staff. Hotel is very modern. Nice and cozy SPA. Note! Parking is not free! 15 euro/day. Apartments pet friendly (25 eur per pet). Overall, recommend!
Fantastic Beef Cheek, kids chicken and potatoes were very well done. Their cheesecake alone is worth a trip from Tallinn! Highly recommended.
Small SPA resort located in the center of the city with walking distance from the beach and all atractions. Suprisingly car parking was with extra fee even in low season. Single rooms in renovated old part of the building are with extra small bed. Breakfast was very good with wide selection.
