Great experience at this hotel. The staff here were fabulous and all spoke brilliant English. Made the trip very smooth and easy. Let us check in early. We also had someone with coeliac in the group and they catered to her brilliantly. The head chef is fantastic and very kind. Plenty of sunbeds available. 10 minutes ish walk to the strip and 5 minutes from the beach. Wish they changed the bedding through the week rather than just making the bed. You can buy bottles of water from the reception. Entertainment throughout the day is decent with stretching, darts, aqua gym, water polo and Zumba. Wish they wouldn’t blare the speaker walking out though as this wakes you when you’re sleeping. If I am ever back in Zante, I would highly rate to using this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel was very clean, with towels changed daily and the entire property maintained to a high standard. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The food was excellent - honestly the best we have experienced in any all-inclusive hotel so far. There was a great variety of dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also really appreciated the policy of not allowing sunbed reservations. Thanks to this, there was no need to wake up early to "save" a spot, and we could still easily find available sunbeds after breakfast. The only downsides were the lack of a dedicated parking area and the gym, which was rather basic and required reservations. However, we were always able to find a parking space near the hotel, so it wasn't a major issue. Overall, the positives greatly outweigh the negatives. We had a fantastic stay and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you for a great holiday!

Overall, we had a nice and relaxing experience at the hotel. We stayed as three people and had a large, comfortable room, which was definitely a plus. One of the best things about the hotel was the large variety of food. There were different choices every day, which was great for an all-inclusive stay. The quality of the food was not amazing, but it was okay and there was enough variety to find something you liked. The swimming pools were definitely a highlight. They were very nice, and the pool bars with seats inside the water were fantastic. It was the perfect place to have a drink, relax, and enjoy the pool without having to get out of the water. There were, however, a couple of things that disappointed us. First, we paid for an all-inclusive package, but coffees were not included, and certain cocktails and drinks also came with an additional charge. In my opinion, this should be made much clearer when booking, as “all-inclusive” creates the expectation that most drinks and basic beverages are included. The biggest negative experience was during check-in. The lady at reception was not very kind or welcoming and came across as quite arrogant and unwilling to help. She insisted on scanning all of our passports into their system. We explained that we did not want our official documents scanned and raised our concerns about whether this was permitted under Greek law. Unfortunately, she completely ignored our request and continued scanning the passports without properly responding to us or explaining why it was necessary. Her attitude made us feel like our concerns did not matter, which was very disappointing as this was our first interaction with the hotel. Of course we gave our passports so they know who the customers are but that does not mean they have the legal right to scan them! On the positive side, we were given a late check-out, which meant we were able to enjoy almost an additional full day at the hotel. This was greatly appreciated and helped make the overall experience more positive. Overall, I would give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars. We had a pleasant, relaxing stay, the pools and pool bars were excellent, the room was spacious, and the food had plenty of variety. However, the hotel could definitely improve its customer service and transparency regarding what is actually included in the all-inclusive package. The check-in experience in particular left a negative impression and could have been handled much more professionally.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon in August 2024, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful. Both the pool and the bars (especially the snack bar) were excellent. What we appreciated the most was the service and all the employees. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially some of the waiters and waitresses. There was also a wide variety of food to choose from. The sea was just a short walk away, and the beach was nice. As for the rooms, they were perfectly fine. The only slightly unpleasant issue was the temporary absence of fresh water in the shower and sink. However, we understood the situation. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, and we will definitely return in the future.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived, and every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was spotless, with excellent facilities that were well maintained. The swimming pools were exceptionally clean, making them perfect for both adults and children. This is an ideal hotel for families with two children. There were plenty of activities and facilities to keep everyone happy, and we always felt comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to Sira at the reception. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and guided us with everything we needed throughout our stay. Her warm attitude and professionalism made our vacation even more enjoyable. Keep doing a great job!
