Generally, hotel isn’t really worth the money. First of all, I wouldn’t rate this hotel 4* at all, as the reception service is really poor, unprofessional and etc. Firstly, the Wi-Fi connection is a tragedy, you will be not able to use it in the whole hotel area, cause it doesn’t work. Every room has the seperate Wi-Fi connection, but to be honest, it works really bad, so it doesn’t really make a difference whether you are outside or inside, it often disconnects or just doesn’t connect. The food variety is really poor, there is not much to choose from, and usually the food was 50/50, depends on the day. To mention, we had the same problem for the 3 times in a row with room’s locking system. The master came to change it, but later the problem showed again. As in result, we couldn’t get in the room. Although, the checkout is at 10 o’clock! The funniest part is that one of the rooms (as our family had 2 seperate rooms) was locked by 8 o’clock. Imagine, you wake up to tidy up, pack your luggages to check out and then the room gets blocked/locked by hotel reception, which is absolutely phenomenal! Other than that, they didn’t let us to stay longer than 10 o’clock, as it was ,,not their problem’’ and we had a lot of issues with the rooms. P.S. We stayed in Vila Lavanda, so the room keeping/cleaning service woman was really generous and friendly, the rooms were always cleaned. Best wishes to her!
Location is 10/10, rooms, service, food , reception is friendly and speak Russian and English, sea front is 2 min walk , grocery store is 10 min walk, shopping mall TQ plaza is 15 min walk . 100% recommend the hotel!
We stayed this past weekend. Our room was nice, clean and in a good location. However, there was a large sports event was being held at the hotel. We had no problem with the amount of people staying at the hotel but there was not enough staff to cover every service.
We were all inclusive guests and we could not get a drink at the bar as the bar team had to help in the restaurant. If I'm paying for all inclusive, I expect to be able to get a drink at any time. The cocktails were artificial and made from the press of a button and there was no sugar free mixer option but the local beer was good (even if the bar staff cant pour a pint). It was also strange that we were not offered drinks with our meals. If we wanted one, we had to go across the walk way to the bar and then walk back to the restaurant for our food.
We'll definitely be back to Montenegro but not to this hotel.
The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are very friendly and accommodating. The food is varied and very nicely prepared. The hotel pool is clean, large with a satisfactory number of sunbeds and umbrellas. The only problem is the mediocre hygiene in the rooms. Shampoos and baths are not replenished daily, only towels are replaced, bathrooms are not cleaned, the trash can has not been emptied even once in 7 days.
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and not cleaned properly. Basic amenities were missing – no kettle, no hot drinks, and not even a hair dryer, which should be standard in any decent hotel.
The reception staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional, treating guests with no respect whatsoever. When I complained about the very loud noise coming from the neighboring room, they simply told me “this is what it is” and refused to help. I later had to send an official email before they finally agreed to change my room. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
On top of that, the photos online are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of the hotel. What you see advertised is not what you get.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. It is a waste of money, a huge disappointment, and a very unpleasant experience.
