Frustrating experience: disorganization and non-existent communication.
I booked this hotel trusting the 4 stars and the information on the official website. Unfortunately, the reality was very different, starting with a fundamental detail: the hotel changed its name without communicating it clearly. This generated a great confusion on arrival, making me waste precious time looking for a structure that, in fact, no longer exists with the name indicated in the reservation.
The answering machine continues to provide outdated information, and contacting the structure was practically impossible: no response to emails, and the phone is answered by a recorded voice that refers to an equally misleading website. No reference to the new name, no useful indication for orientation. An unacceptable disservice, especially for those who arrive from out of town and rely on official instructions.
The customer service was cold and unhelpful: at the reception it seemed almost disturbing, and every request was met with little courtesy. The breakfast, included in the price, was poor and of low quality, with packaged products and little choice.
A hotel that looks like 4 stars should at least guarantee clear and up-to-date communication. Instead, I had the impression of being faced with improvised and unprofessional management.
In summary, a 2-star experience disguised as 4.
I won't come back and I don't recommend it to anyone.
