Club Kastalia is the kind of place where you very quickly start to think that all the staff must have a secret duty to be friendly, smiling, and helpful. And the best part is — they perform that duty perfectly.
The service deserves huge praise. The people at the Neptun Bar are super nice, the staff at the beach bar also create a great atmosphere, and the bartender at the small pool bar is another proof that Turkish hospitality is not just a phrase, but a real way of life. Everyone works hard, quickly, and with a smile, making you wonder if they have some special training in “how to make guests feel too good.”
The waiters in the restaurant also do an amazing job — polite, efficient, and very positive. The à la carte dinner was excellent, and the manager who signs guests up for these dinners was incredibly kind, smiling, and helpful. It may seem like just a dinner reservation, but you leave feeling like you have just secured the reservation of a lifetime.
Huge respect also goes to the animation team. After a full day of work, when most people would only dream of peace and rest, they still had the energy to come over, talk completely genuinely, ask about private life, and simply create a normal, human atmosphere. No fake politeness, no acting — just genuinely positive people who really want to talk to guests. That was absolutely amazing and made the whole stay even better.
A special mention also goes to the lady from security at the entrance — very friendly, kind, and positive. People like this show from the very first contact that Turkish hospitality truly exists and is doing very well. The cleaning ladies also deserve great respect — they do hard work, and yet they are smiling, helpful, and kind.
Of course, just so it would not be too perfect, Wi-Fi is paid — so the hotel politely reminds you that even in paradise, the internet sometimes comes with a price list. But with such an atmosphere, service, and overall vibe, you can easily survive it, or even treat it as encouragement to look at the sea more often instead of your phone.
Another big plus for the reception — you can order a taxi there, and for around 20 euros it will take you to the city, so everything is simple and convenient.
To sum up: Club Kastalia is a great place with super friendly staff, a fantastic atmosphere, and people who, through their hard work and smiles, only confirm that the Turkish nation is truly very hospitable. The hotel leaves a very positive impression and definitely deserves a recommendation — even if the Wi-Fi decided to become an extra premium attraction.
You are doing a great job — greetings from a Belgian family with Polish roots!
We would like to thank you for an amazing stay! Lovely 11 days in this place with tasty food, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in "Club room", which is not that big, but modern and clean (cleaning service every day by very kind ladies). Whole area of this village looks amazing - lot of trees and other plants, clean paths and all places. Delicious food during whole day, various during week with amazing desserts all the time - also fresh grilled specialities for dinner. Lot of activities during day by animation team - volleyball, darts, water gym, water polo, etc. Staff was also amazing - receptionists, bartenders, waiters, room sevice and also guest relation manager and security manager, everyone was very kind and nice all the time.
Dear Club Kastalia Holiday Village Staff, you are doing an amazing job, thank you for that, we will definitely come back one day! :)
The best holiday we've had so far!
The hotel is amazing! Spacious rooms with a balcony and a drying rack for wet laundry.
Everything was very clean — the cleaners truly deserve a medal!
The food was absolutely delicious, something different every day, so everyone could find something for themselves.
The waiters were very professional, and the service overall was excellent.
The drinks were very good too, with a wide selection and a big plus for including imported alcohol in the price.
There was a lot going on throughout the day, with themed evenings as well — we didn’t have time to get bored.
There’s also a photographer (a bit pushy), a hairdresser, a shop, etc.
The only downside was the paid Wi-Fi. When buying ultra all-inclusive, everything should really be included in the price.
Another minus was the very late start of the adult parties — they didn’t begin until 11 p.m., and after a full day in the heat, it was hard to stay up that late.
The resort was really nice and we had a great week there. The food was good, the service amazing and the whole area is really pretty. They also offer a tennis, padel and Beachvolleyball.
They also have take very well care of the stray cats.
I would really recommend the hotel
