We recently stayed at this hotel and had a very mixed experience. While there were some great highlights, particularly for families, several maintenance and service issues fell short of a five-star rating. On the positive side, the reception had the grandeur expected of a five-star hotel. The food was excellent with lots of variety and plenty of dessert options, and the staff were friendly. The aqua park also caters wonderfully to the whole family with a mix of big, medium, and small children's slides, and the pirate island slides were excellent. We also enjoyed the large swimming pools as a family. However, there were several negatives. Our child's fold-out sofa bed was not ready when we arrived at about 4am (hotel knew we were a family of four before we arrived), and it was not ideal having to waiting approximately 30 mins with a tired kid for bedding to arrive. The room was a little dated, featuring black mould here and there, a broken tile in the bathroom, and there were funky smells from the drains from time to time. Additionally, soundproofing was non-existent between rooms—if upstairs was having a shower or brushing their teeth, you'd know. Finally, almost every gym machine was broken, dumbbell weights markings were missing and even the barbell set was missing weight plates making even the most basic workout challenging. We also found the WiFi to be patchy .

Family 🇦🇱🇦🇱Today is our last day at the hotel, and we can honestly say that we had an amazing holiday. The hotel offers so many attractions and activities for children, making it a great choice for families. The food was very tasty, fresh and varied. Only one evening felt a little different compared to the other days. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The entire hotel was very clean, tidy and well maintained. Overall, we had an unforgettable holiday and were very happy with our stay. We would definitely recommend Crystal Admiral, especially to families with children. It is absolutely worth it! ❤️🏖️☀️

Everything about this hotel is amazing and luxurious. The rooms were neat and very clean once we arrived and we even got an extra bed 0given for free since there were 4 of us in a room with 3 beds. Towels are handed for free and all the workers are very polite and nice when talking to you. There are many workers all around so you'll be able to ask for assistance at any time. They even offer to clean your room for you, again, for free. There are a lot of food stands for all different types of food and even some restaurants around that have delicious food and amazing service as well. The waterpark is a lot of fun to be at and there's many rides for both children and adults too and the whole building is always clean.

Thank you for making our stay with the children absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and always smiling, the food was delicious, and the children’s play areas were amazing. We had a dream week with our family!

Despite of the good stay it is rather difficult to understand the heavy refusal of issuing tax receipt (full invoice) in the hotel’s supermarket. I spent significant money there. Russian speaking manager did not communicate with me. One of the shop assistant just told me: ‘ we just not issue full tax invoices’. Thank you very much for the excellent holiday this is the best stay of my life not in Turkey in all my life all the services impeccable there is no fault except two areas number one smoking I am a non-smoker I was smoked around all over the place I understand this is a cultural part of the culture in turkey and also the internet connection is rather spotty in sometimes and some places but these are very little things compared to the excellent Cuisine the excellent quality of Hotel the excellent quality of service staff and the whole team thank you
