⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We absolutely loved our stay at the Grand Cettia Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the whole atmosphere was fantastic. The hotel was clean, the food was great, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming.
A special mention has to go to the entertainment team — they were absolutely amazing! They worked so hard to keep everyone entertained throughout the day and evening, and their energy and enthusiasm really made our holiday extra special. There was always something going on, and they made everyone feel included.
We had such a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the Grand Cettia to families and anyone looking for a fun, relaxing holiday! ❤️🇹🇷
The hotel in general is very clean and rooms were regularly cleaned. Staff throughout were amazing and great with kids. The entertainment team were engaging and created a fun atmosphere but you were not pressured to join.
The pool area is very busy and is not big enough for the number of guests. Although there are lots of sun loungers it is very jam packed and close together and the pool is too small for the number of guests.
Kids splash pool is good but water is cold considering it’s for kids. The main pool is like a warm bath. There are a lack of bins provided around pool area so unfortunately it can become messy and the attendants do come around and clean.
The buffet food isn’t what I would expect for an all inclusive in 40 degree heat. Lots of curry and casseroles on rotation. Kids options could be better. The buffet area itself
Is small again another example of areas not big enough to accommodate amount of guests especially in peak times. It became very overcrowded and people everywhere.
The location is good you can walk to the beach it’s about 15min walk. Fine on the way there but can be walking down back roads on way back plus uphill to the hotel.
We had an amazing stay at Grand Cettia Hotel. The hotel was spotless from the moment we arrived, and everything was kept very clean throughout our stay. The all-inclusive food and drinks were great with plenty of choice every day.
The entertainment team worked so hard and made the atmosphere really fun for both adults and children. There was always something going on during the day and evening, which made the holiday even more enjoyable.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and entertaining all-inclusive holiday.
We had a fantastic stay at Cettia! The hotel was lovely, clean and welcoming, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home.
The food was great, the location was perfect and we loved being right by the beach. There was a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel and plenty to enjoy.
We had such a brilliant time and would definitely recommend Cettia to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We would happily return! ❤️
Returned from a week on 11th July 2026.
The hotel is clean, spotless throughout and all the staff work tirelessly to make sure it stays so.
The activities are great throughout the day for both children and adults, without any pressure to participate if you don’t want to, the entertainment staff are fantastic.
Towels, there’s no hotel provided pool towels, so TAKE YOUR OWN.
Around the pool could be a bit more spacious as there’s very little, or quite often, no room between the loungers.
The loungers themselves have seen better days and could do with a complete change.
Once you have found your ideal spot to soak up the sun, it’s advisable to get up approx 6am to make it yours. You will need to stay on them until breakfast begins as the hotel does carry out its “Any sun-loungers left unattended will have the towel removed” policy, which makes a really welcome change to other hotels who say it but don’t do it!
The food choice is great with changing menu’s each day, always hot and very tasty too!!
Drinks are served quickly so, although it may look like a very long queue, you’ll be refreshed in no time as the bar staff are brilliant.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, although, being a 4* hotel you come to expect things like, fridge stocked each day with soft drinks, Coke, Fanta, Sprite and of course water. However the only thing you get is at the beginning of your stay, two bottles of still water and a bottle of sparkling.
That’s it!!
In the bathroom there’s handwash, shower gel and shampoo which are all really nice to use. However, again being a 4* hotel you come to expect things like body lotion, hand lotion, cotton buds, sewing kit but none of these at all.
You’re provided with 1 room key but are able to put a £5 deposit for a 2nd key which we found invaluable, for the air conditioning, when returning to the room after a gorgeous hot day and lovely warm night.
Without the 2nd key being inserted into the power socket there’s no air conditioning and the room was extremely hot.
There’s a TV in the room, which is chargeable if you wish to watch anything, £5 for a day or £10for a week.
Room towels and bedding are changed every THREE DAYS, so just be aware!!!
Wifi, absolutely fine in the hotel buildings, pool area and grounds, not a problem at all, no drops in connectivity at all.
Overall, The Grand Cettia is a charm of a hotel and is thoroughly enjoyable.
I would have given it 4* but had to mark it down slightly due to the cramped sun-loungers, no pool towels provided, no real mini-bar in the room.
I would have given it 2* but it clawed one back due to its sustainability program which is a major plus as it really does care about recycling and reducing the water usage, so in my opinion it’s a 3*.
Would we return?
Yes we would return, as it’s a very well run hotel with welcoming staff, a good choice of food and good drinks variety for all.
Located in a gorgeous picturesque location with absolutely stunning views, not too close to the major hustle and bustle of Marmaris, if you want to go out for a drink and some great food there are excellent places to go really close by.
