A wonderfully beautiful and romantic seaside setting, friendly and helpful staff, and a very pleasant hotel. I would especially like to say thank you for the family room we received according to our request, with a proper traditional door that could be closed off completely. The room also came with a breathtaking view, which was a truly unexpected extra and made our stay even more special. In the morning, Zakynthos island turns pink in the distance and the sunsets are gorgeous. We did not see litter anywhere, and the hotel is very well maintained. One evening, a stone on one of the stairs cracked, and it had already been repaired by the following morning. The whole property is huge and impressive, a genuine oasis, with lovely taverna atmospheres, wonderful views, beautiful gardens perfect for long evening strolls and hidden stairways leading down to the sea, creating a wonderfully adventurous and traditionally Greek atmosphere. There is also a small, well-stocked shop on site with reasonable prices. The enormous park-like garden is beautifully designed, with every corner carefully planned, planted and maintained. It is full of fragrant herbs, colourful shrub roses and beautiful palm trees. I spent a week at the hotel in the off-season, and I would happily return at any time! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are very grateful for the experience.
I spent a wonderful week at Grecotel LUXME Oasis and I am genuinely delighted with every aspect of my stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the entire team, whose professionalism, kindness and authentic Greek hospitality created a relaxed and truly luxurious atmosphere. The resort’s beautiful location on the sandy beach, combined with its thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces and pools, made every day feel special and serene. The overall cleanliness, attention to detail in the rooms and common areas, and the smooth organization of all services contributed to a carefree holiday, where everything I needed seemed to appear effortlessly. I also appreciated the variety of activities and facilities on site, which allow guests to choose between quiet relaxation and more dynamic, family-friendly fun. What impressed me most was the people working at Grecotel LUXME Oasis. Every staff member I met was attentive, courteous and genuinely eager to help, always greeting guests with a smile and making sure we felt taken care of at all times. The service was both efficient and heartfelt, creating an atmosphere where I truly felt like a valued guest rather than just a room number. A special highlight of my stay was meeting Michalis, the hotel’s sommelier, whose professionalism and passion elevated every dining experience. He offered thoughtful wine pairings tailored to each dish, patiently explaining the origins and characteristics of every wine in a way that was both knowledgeable and accessible. Thanks to his guidance, I discovered excellent Greek and international wines that perfectly complemented the resort’s culinary offerings and made each dinner feel like a curated tasting. All three à la carte restaurants were outstanding, each with its own atmosphere and culinary focus, which provided a rich variety throughout the week. The quality of the ingredients, the creativity of the menus and the elegant presentation of every plate matched the standards of a fine dining experience, while still feeling relaxed and welcoming. I especially valued the attentive service during these dinners, where the staff anticipated our needs and ensured that every course was served at the right pace. The main restaurant also exceeded my expectations, offering a wide selection of dishes from breakfast to dinner, with options that cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The buffet was always fresh and well stocked, with a balance between traditional Greek flavours and international cuisine, which made every meal enjoyable and varied. The team working there maintained a high level of organization and cleanliness, constantly refreshing the stations and making sure guests never had to wait long for anything. I also want to highlight the rich and well-structured program for children, which made my daughter’s stay truly special. She spent wonderful, high-quality time at the kids’ club, taking part in creative activities and games in a safe, caring and joyful environment. A heartfelt thank you goes to Athina, whose warmth, energy and dedication made my daughter feel happy, secure and eager to return to the club every day. I would also like to warmly commend the staff at the Greek taverna, where lunch became one of the most memorable parts of my stay. The taverna offers a charming, authentic atmosphere by the sea, with dishes that celebrate Greek culinary traditions through simple, high-quality ingredients and generous flavours. The friendliness and energy of the team, combined with the delicious food and relaxed setting, created the perfect midday break and made me look forward to lunch every single day. I wholeheartedly recommend Grecotel LUXME Oasis to anyone looking for a warm, elegant and truly all-inclusive experience in Greece, and I am already looking forward to returning.
We spent a beautiful week at this resort at the beginning September and had a bungalow with sea view. Food and Drinks: Delicious. The buffet offered delicious and varied food, which we enjoyed a lot. We tried 4 a la carte restaurants; they were all very good, and we want to praise in particular Taverna Tavernaki. Not only was the food here particularly good, but the staff made our visits very pleasant, at lunch and at dinner. Staff: Very friendly, authentic and helpful. They created a welcoming atmosphere from day one. We felt very good in their company. Hotel and Room: Our Sea View Bungalow was lovely and spacious. The sea view was beautiful. The room was cleaned daily by a very friendly staff member. We would book the same room category again. Nevertheless, the Resort would benefit from a renovation. Some reviews seem to suggest that it's impossible to have a good time here, due to the shortcomings of the resort. In our experience this is not true at all. The overall experience and package is very enjoyable. Furthermore, we want to highlight the well-kept gardens and the vegetation sourrounding the hotel. Everywhere you look there are manicured gardens, trees and plants, which, in our opinion, are some of the best features of the resort. Beach and Pools: The beach is excellent; shallow, crystal clear water, very good visibility, tiny fish can be spoted sporadically, sandy, large beach. In our opinion, the Beach at Oasis was better than the one at La Riviera. At the beginning of September the water was very warm and enjoyable. The pool landscape is nice; though it can get quite full some days. We enjoyed the aqua Park a lot; also here the staff is very friendly and contributes to a good holiday atmosphere. Winetasting: We enjoyed a complimentary wine tasting with Michail. He did such a good job at explaining wines and matching parings, told us stories and shared his knowledge, all in a very relaxed and authentic environment. We strongly recommend booking a wine tasting session with him.
The hotel offers excellent, very high-quality food. The pools are beautiful and spacious, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The location is convenient and good, and the hotel staff were generally polite, friendly, and helpful. After we contacted the staff regarding the room, we were promised that we would be moved to a room with a private garden the following day, and that is indeed what happened. Overall, the hotel has several significant advantages, especially the food, the pools, the cleanliness, the location, and the general atmosphere. We booked a ground-floor room with a private garden in advance, but upon arrival we were given a room with a balcony instead. This was very disappointing and caused us stress, frustration, and a waste of valuable vacation time. Only after many discussions with the hotel staff were we told that we would be moved to a room with a garden the following day. Although the pools are excellent, the water was very cold. At a hotel of this standard, we would expect at least some of the pools to be heated or to have more comfortable water temperatures, especially for children. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with some of the lifeguards. They were particularly strict and aggressive toward the children, and we felt that their attitude was inappropriate. At one point, one of the long-haired lifeguards hit my child, and we had to contact hotel management and file a complaint. This was a very serious and distressing experience for us as parents. The biggest disappointment was the lack of entertainment and activities after 6:00 p.m. There was almost nothing for the children to do in the evening, the entertainment team was barely noticeable, and there were no activities to keep them occupied. The situation was similar for the adults as well. Apart from sitting in the lobby and having drinks, there were no shows, activities, or evening entertainment. It felt as though the hotel simply shut down in the evening. For a resort of this standard, especially one clearly intended for families, this was a significant disappointment. Ultimately, despite the hotel’s many advantages, the room issue, the experience with the lifeguards, and especially the complete lack of evening entertainment greatly affected our vacation. We expected more from a hotel of this standard.
I highly appreciate the professional and friendly approach of the staff and the excellent service, fully corresponding to a five-star hotel. The resort is located in a peaceful area with beautiful views and a long sandy beach. Visiting several restaurants that are part of the resort was also a great experience. Grecotel offers a wide selection of food and drinks, all in beautiful surroundings. Although the hotel is quite large, we felt comfortable throughout our stay thanks to the hotel's excellent organization. I also recommend this resort for families with children. We were very pleased with the kind approach of the staff towards kids.
