We have had a wonderful stay. The food is very good, with plenty of variety and something for everyone to enjoy.
I would especially like to highlight Irmak, Gizen and Hasret from the bar staff. Every day, they greet guests with a big smile and are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their positive attitude truly makes a difference and brightens your day. Employees like them are a great asset to the hotel and help create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere.
Thank you for a great experience
Usually we are the ones, demanding for another room after or even before the first night. This time however, the Hotel got it right the first time.
We spent 7 nights in 2x superior rooms end of may 2026. 4 adults, 1 infant. A safe and good baby bed was provided.
At this time the hotel seemed to be 40-50% booked. There were no waiting times anywhere, plenty of space. No need to book sun beds or rush to the dining area.
The food was excellent, definitely better than in other hotels we have visited in Turkey, Greece or Egypt.
Everybody was super nice and helpful.
Enough staff to keep everything clean and organized.
Very good animation programs and opportunities to spend time for kids.
The facilities are clean, rooms slightly outdated but everything is clean and functional.
To sum it up, this is the first hotel we consider booking again in the future.
Great hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. A special thanks to Master Chef Cemil the food was absolutely delicious. The great service and amazing meals are definitely a reason to come back again :)
Hotel lovely, gym brilliant - my sons are happy. Rooms clean and high standard.. Service really good. Cocktails great. Really good entertainment Mehmet Alp fantastic rest chef indoor waiting staff who just responds.without asking. Sees everything. Great hotel x and xan always get a sun lounger. Food is excellent,
It's a large resort with many amenities. The staff work hard and are friendly. We found the food to be OK, it's mass catering after all and everywhere you holiday with a buffet service gets 'samey' quite fast. There was a great selection of salads and healthy options if you look for it.
I am vegan and gluten-free, my family are vegetarian and youngest is omnivore with a dairy intolerance. Although allergen signage is hit and miss, we didn't struggle during our week here.
They have a gluten-free cabinet but strangely it's sealed, I guess you ask the staff for the items in it (pictured). I took items with me: wraps and GF oats + soya milk. This came in very handy, you could survive if you didn't take these but you would go without during breakfast.
Our main issue with the resort was noise at night. We went during spring half-term with our two boys. The resort runs loud music until between 11pm and midnight but some neighbouring resorts (Long Beach / Senza) will run until 2am! Our kids managed to sleep but my wife and I struggled, especially making breakfast, which fortunately runs until 11am. This wore us down as the week went on.
Depending where you are travelling from, you may find the amount of people smoking surprising. The resort filled up during our week there, with many Turks and Russians and they love to smoke! I'd estimate 40 - 50% of the resort guests were smokers. You will smell it everywhere outside, during your meals, near your kids - even with No Smoking signs above your table. The hotel indoors is no smoking but walking to your room you can smell it in the corridors. Evening entertainment staff work hard but the quality is mixed - as with most resorts.
Otherwise the pool areas are nice, the beach is close and walkable, there is a large gym and sauna that is free to use. Some of the upsell is a bit strong in your first few days there but then staff tend to leave you, if they recognise they've already asked you before.
It was a nice week barring sleep. Good to try once but we would not return purely due to night time noise, not a reflection on staff hospitality.
