Hilton Chania Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations and perfectly delivered the luxury experience you'd expect from the Hilton brand. As a brand-new hotel, the design is stylish and contemporary, with a high-quality finish that's impressive even by international standards. Most rooms enjoy sea views, including many of the side-facing rooms, and the location is ideal—just a short stroll from Chania's Old Town, close enough to enjoy everything it offers while feeling removed from the busy tourist crowds. The facilities are excellent, with two beautiful pools, including a rooftop pool with sun loungers, bar and food service, plus a tranquil indoor pool complemented by a brand-new sauna and steam room. The gym is exceptionally well equipped with thoughtfully selected, modern equipment. Our room was chic, comfortable and featured plenty of modern technology, while breakfast was a real highlight, offering an excellent à la carte menu alongside trolley service with freshly baked breads, pastries, cheeses and cold meats. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, welcoming and highly professional, making us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. Hilton Chania combines resort-style relaxation with easy access to one of Crete's most beautiful towns, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.
I stayed at Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa with my husband and our 6-month-old son, and our experience has been exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff has been incredibly polite, warm, and genuinely helpful. No matter what we needed, they were always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel truly welcome and well cared for. The hotel is brand new, and it definitely shows. Everything is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. We were staying in the Junior King Suite with Sea View, and it has exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, luxurious, and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast has been another highlight of our stay. Every morning there was a great selection of fresh, delicious food. Everything was made with high-quality ingredients, and absolutely tasty. Travelling with a baby can sometimes be challenging, but the staff have made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa and would happily return in the future!
Just wow! This is such a beautiful hotel. One of the best we've stayed in, if not the best. The location is fabulous - easy to walk to the old town or to the Nea Chora beach. The views from our room were just fantastic. We were there whilst it was our 25th wedding anniversary and the extra touches were lovely - fizz, flowers, chocolates, and cheesecake in our room on arrival. The staff are just so friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble. We did pay for the All Inclusive as needed a week away doing not very much. We definitely felt it was superb value for money as could be used in Celeste and La Poeme plus their sister hotel and the beach bar Salty Sin. The food in all of the places was brilliant. We felt well and truly spoilt and loved it so much we've already booked to go back next year.
We spent a week at this beautiful hotel at the beginning of June. The hotel had only been open a few days when we arrived. There were still a few things being worked on and the spa or rooftop garden area were not open but this did not spoil our stay. We were very close to the old town full of lovely bars, restaurants and shops. It's simply beautiful, friendly, clean and relaxing. The hotel was stunning. Lots of beautiful little touches with little shops and a patisserie, the infinity pool was a wonderful place to relax. The room we had was a junior suite with sea views and had a small outdoor pool and a sauna. It was stylish and modern and the sunsets were to die for. The food was amazing in the hotel and the staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were genuinely interested in what you were doing each day. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend the hotel and Chania as a place to stay. We are hoping to go back next year. A real treat and relaxing holiday! ❤️
