The worst all inclusive I've been to hands down! When you arrive they give no information on food, room, pool, snacks, drinks anything just figure it out yourself, they can't be bothered to help. The restaurant is literally the worst. All a queuing system. Instead of having the food on a islands like any normal hotel they decide to make you queue for it and with the hotel being so big it's not a small queue. If you ask me the queue is not worth it food is terrible. They seem to only cater to the Russian people. It's mainly slop with a tray of chips which taste worst than the left over ones from your local Chinese. Ice creams DON'T GET ME STARTED! never seen all inclusive this tight of giving ice creams! 3pm you can get them and you got to queue with the Russians to get them and they push in all the time so be lucky to get a ice cream by 4pm. Better off going shop outside. Staff are alright don't pester you or anything but seem moody which I can deal with if the hotel was on tier above but if the hotel is terrible and staff are not arsed the only salvation is the pool. To be honest the pool is decent plenty of beds and space. Pool seems clean and is big. All I'd say especially if your a brit don't bother coming for all inclusive here because just end up stressing you out. Queing constantly for terrible food. Trying to get drinks from moody staff. Russian central here and they don't like to smile but they love and I mean LOVE a QUEUE!
All Inclusive. Plates piled high as if there were no tomorrow. Not because people are that hungry, but simply because everything is available. A little of this. A little of that. Taste it. Leave it. Walk away. Bread. Fruit. Rice. Fish. Vegetables. Entire portions. Thrown away. And I notice how much it angers me. Not because someone eats a lot. Eat. Enjoy. Go back to the buffet three times if you're hungry. But only take what you actually intend to eat. Because food is not something meaningless to me. Somewhere in this world, a person worked for it. Something grew for months. An animal may have died for it. Water, soil, energy and time went into producing it. And somewhere else, at this very moment, someone is wondering what they will feed their children tomorrow. Maybe it sounds harsh, but looking at some of these abandoned plates, I find myself thinking: I wish you could experience just one single day of real hunger. Not out of cruelty. But so you might understand again what a piece of bread is worth when it is no longer taken for granted. Sometimes abundance doesn't show us how much we have. It shows us how little we have learned to appreciate it.
This hotel has great potential, but it urgently needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance and, above all, food quality. If these issues were addressed, it could become a much better place to stay. Our first room had visible mold on the bathroom ceiling. When we asked to change rooms, the receptionist deliberately misled us by claiming every room had the same problem and only showed us rooms with mold. Later, after another issue, we were suddenly moved to a room with no mold at all. The hotel was also not prepared for three guests. The third person had to sleep on a hard fold-out armchair with no mattress making it extremely uncomfortable. We also found cockroaches on our bedsheets and in the bathroom. Instead of changing our room immediately, the hotel first offered to spray toxic chemicals inside it. The meals were often cold, looked reheated, fruit was frequently overripe or rotten. It was also upsetting to watch the restaurant manager regularly shouting at staff. The pool was great, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The animation team and bartenders were outstanding. They were always smiling, incredibly friendly and passionate. Organised fantastic activities every day, put on an impressive fire show and introduced us to Bulgarian culture and local attractions. They were the only reason we left with any good memories.
Calling this a 3 star hotel is pushing it, i'd say the only thing that gives it value is its seafront location. We stayed here for 4 nights in the early season of June so it wasn't particularly busy. The worst part of this hotel is definitely its hygiene standards. On the first night we found cockroaches in the bathroom and immediately went to reception. We requested a room transfer and were promptly offered an alternate room... adjacent to the infested one. As predicted there were cockroaches in this bathroom too. We requested a refund to seek alternate accommodation and were offered a whopping £13.49. This hotel doesn't offer bathroom products so bring your own. The food was cold at lunch and dinner and very difficult to enjoy, however breakfast was manageable so fill up on that. They do not provide sufficient tongs for each food item so be prepared for cross contamination. The pool bar is not included in the all inclusive and it was difficult for us to communicate as we spoke english which is understandable as we were visiting another country, but be prepared that english is poorly spoken. This hotel does have a sea view location and a very large pool for the price. There is air conditioning and I think every room has a balcony. Theres a towel rack/ heater in the bathroom which is useful after beach days. The shower is high pressure and the meal times are decent, however when busy they stagger entry times so if you're on floor 6 your meals are later. The room is a good size and the beds are very comfortable.
The apartment is amazing, clean and all new. The location is perfect, close to the centre and yet quiet, few metres to the beach. The pool is clean, lifeguard looks really responsible. The staff is kind.The food is ok, but we are not here to eat. The animation is really boring, they have no idea what the are doing, I am saying it as a former entertainment manager.
