An amazing hotel, great staff, super clean. The kids loved Pres and the animation team, they had an amazing holiday joining the activities and enjoying the pool. The food and drink options were great. Very close to the beach and some great places to visit. Would definitely recommend the Ihotel, Sunny Beach.
Definitely not a 4-star experience — 1/10 We paid around €600 for two nights, and the experience was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what you would expect from a 4-star hotel at this price point. The food quality was poor and well below acceptable standards for a hotel in this category. Parking costs an additional €10 per day, which feels unreasonable considering the already high room rate. We specifically requested a room with a double bed. Instead, we were given two twin beds pushed together with a topper placed on top. That is not a proper double bed and certainly not what we requested. The worst part, however, was the pool staff. Their attitude was unprofessional, arrogant, and completely inappropriate for a hotel that claims to offer 4-star service. At roughly €300 per night, I expected quality, comfort, and professional service. Instead, the overall experience felt cheap, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money. Terrible value for money. I would not recommend this hotel and I definitely would not return.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible holiday! We stayed at iHotel Sunny Beach and honestly couldn't recommend it highly enough. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day, and every member of staff worked tirelessly to make guests feel welcome and looked after. The service was exceptional throughout the hotel. Special thanks to the front-of-house team, restaurant staff, cleaners, bar staff, lifeguards and especially the animation team (Lucky, Alex and the girls), who were absolutely fantastic. Our daughter celebrated her birthday during our stay and the team went above and beyond. They decorated the restaurant with birthday banners, made her a cake, sang Happy Birthday and then surprised her again during the evening entertainment by bringing her on stage and celebrating with her. It made her day incredibly special. During the holiday she unfortunately knocked out two teeth in the pool. The response from the staff was outstanding. The lifeguards acted immediately and the whole team showed genuine care and concern. They offered medical assistance, made food she could comfortably eat and repeatedly checked in on us over the following days. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was excellent with plenty of variety throughout the week, and there was always something to suit everyone. We'd also like to thank our Jet2 rep, who checked in regularly and helped us sort out a baggage claim after a suitcase wheel was damaged during our flight. As first-time visitors to Bulgaria, we have been completely won over and would happily return. More importantly, we would absolutely return to iHotel Sunny Beach. The entire team should be incredibly proud of the experience they provide. The only tiny criticism—and this is really nit-picking—is that we would have loved a slightly larger balcony. A huge thank you to everyone for making our family holiday so memorable. We can't wait to visit again! ❤️☀️🇧🇬
Was an ok stay, animation team is excellent, all bar staff do an incredible job, place is spotless as cleaners are non stop, food is ok, although it repeats from week to week, location is excellent basically out the back gate onto the strip then the beach, pool is colder than the sea, sunbeds are covered in towels by 10 with more than half empty, the rule reserving sunbeds for more than 30 minutes isn't met, just take the towels off
