One of the most horrible experiences. Accommodation is way below expectations. Lose sockets, moldy bathrooms, clogged and smelly pipes. Housekeepers are short of towels and linens. Seriously!?!? They just leave you one towel after cleaning your room, even though it's two of you in the room. You have to beg for another one. On our first night housekeeper tried to break in to the room way after 10 p.m. Aren't you guys have time limit when you can access guest rooms?!?!? Restaurant food is poor. I've been to local market, they got great product. Where these guys are buying those fruits which are as hard as rock? Low diversity, low quality. Maintenance is horrible. I've got my safe storage blocked, it took 4 walks to guest services and 2 hours of waiting to unlock it (took less than a minute). That 5 stars in their promo is a big scam.
However, big shout out to those guys working on outdoor grill. Those are doing amazing job!
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Everything was absolutely amazing. The food, the rooms, the pool, and the sea were all wonderful. Every corner of the hotel was beyond perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces.
Everything was truly perfect. We had an amazing stay and would gladly come back again!
This is my first time visiting this hotel and everything writing in reviews correct!
This place has a wonderful view of the sunset on beach side from my room .

Restaurant has been amazing ,great choice of food open buffet. The hotel location is great you can walk less then half mile to find a bazzar, shops and pharmacies and city center there is also an very good market inside the hotel.
The staff are extremely friendly, special thanks for the entertainment animation team for the daily activities and night shows our favorite animator Smaylo the little man with the biggest heart funny personality so friendly he makes magic tricks ,and has had us laughing all holiday
⭐☆☆☆☆ – Absolutely Terrible – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs
This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the service was awful. The staff at the bar and in the lobby were rude, unfriendly, and acted as if guests were an inconvenience. Most employees never smiled and showed very little respect. While there were a few exceptions, the majority of the staff had a terrible attitude.
The so-called all-inclusive package was extremely disappointing. There were only two non-alcoholic cocktails available in the entire hotel. If you wanted a Mojito, you had to pay €10, despite the hotel advertising itself as all-inclusive.
The hygiene standards were unacceptable. We witnessed a child urinating in the swimming pool, and the lifeguards and staff did absolutely nothing. Nobody reacted, nobody intervened, and nobody seemed to care.
To make matters worse, guests had to leave a €10 deposit for each pool towel, which felt unreasonable for a resort of this standard.
Our room was in terrible condition. The shower curtain was covered in what appeared to be urine, and despite reporting it immediately and asking for it to be replaced, nothing happened during our stay. The carpet was sticky, dirty, and clearly not properly cleaned.
Housekeeping was a complete disaster. They removed our used towels but rarely replaced them. Throughout our entire stay, we never received fresh towels in our room. We called reception every single day asking for clean towels, but they never arrived as promised.
We raised these issues directly with the hotel manager, but nothing changed. We also spoke with Guest Relations regarding the behaviour of staff members, including Huseyn, as well as another supervisor. Once again, nothing happened. They listened, apologized, and then ignored every complaint.
The food was honestly almost inedible. It was virtually the exact same food every single day, with only one or two dishes changing. After a few days, there was almost no reason to visit the restaurant because the menu barely changed.
The public toilets around the hotel were also disgusting and poorly maintained, adding to the overall impression that hygiene was simply not a priority.
The only positive experience during our stay was Aziz Oruch, who was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He was one of the very few employees who treated guests with kindness and respect, and he deserves recognition for his excellent service.
Overall, this hotel is poorly managed from top to bottom. Poor hygiene, terrible customer service, unacceptable housekeeping, repetitive food, and management that showed no interest in solving serious guest complaints.
Save your money and book another hotel. This property does not deserve its rating, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
The hotels rooms and pools are clean. The foods are tasty. Entertainers are very kind and DJ musics are great.Evening shows are interesting funny
