We are thrilled by the experience of this hotel so far. Can't describe the sunset scene. Wowzie!!
The rooms, food and drinks, and especially the staff is so wonderful! Especially guest relations Ms. Tules Yücel has an Oscar on problem solving skills🌸🌺
Other 5 star staffs we remember are:
Ms. Bahar, Ms. Aleyna and intern Ms.Melisa!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Also cleaning ladies are more than amazing🌼
Thank you to the all crew and hope to visit here back!
Just got back and honestly nothing I could complain about, the hotel is immaculately clean , the food was great , the entertainment was good, probably the most money I've seen spent on a fun fair and pool party , and the entertainment team were amazing especially Tchichio, Jayden, Betsy, DJ Aneil. The waiters speak mainly Turkish( obviously) but they all tried to understand English and even though at the beginning of August there aren't many English there the Turkish loved it when we joined in with their dancing and were very welcoming.
The beach was very clean and plenty of sun beds , you can't reserve any around the pool until 8am which was nice so no need to set an alarm and to be honest there were still sunbeds available after 9.30.
All staff were friendly and welcoming id definitely recommend this hotel .
Just had a week here, First impression was, wow this hotel is empty, only a few other couples here.... 1st week of season. But soon filled up. A conference of 200 turkish lawyers turned up, and i thought that will improve holiday atmosphere..... but they were on it every day 🍻🍻🍻.
Exceptionally clean hotel and rooms, they have a staff of hundreds moping and sweeping....
Food good, snack bar good for lunch. Buffet good lots of local dishes. A la Cart excellent, only 1 not 4 as advertised.
Local area not great, if you venture into town for a day thats about all to do.
Ephusus good trip out if your into history.
A few staff that made the Holiday, Speedy from the Amination team was excellent, so was Faith behind the pool bar. Mario was animation team lead and taught everyone to dance, even his staff 🤣. Was first week of season i guess.
Nice sun sets on the beach, lagers good.
We've travel to Turkey every year, this time we thought we'd try Palm Wings Beach Resort. Beautiful hotel but unfortunately, on the 2nd day we felt ignored as we watched staff serve other guests at the cafe bar while we waited patiently to get served. This hit a nerve. We escalated this as no one should be treated differently or ignored, deliberately or not deliberately. The general manager was absolutely fantastic in rectifying this situation and putting our mind at ease and looking after us. The rest of the holiday was fantastic, beautiful room, gorgeous grounds, friendly staff, excellent food & drinks. We couldn't ask for more from a holiday and I would genuinely recommend this hotel, knowing if there is an issue, it will be dealt with promptly and you will be looked after. A shout out to our Jet2 rep Baris, as he was fantastic in making sure we were ok. We will be returning again in the future.
Currently staying at Palm Wings Kuşadası and having a fantastic time. The private beach is beautiful, and the main pool and aqua park slides keep everyone entertained all day. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great food options throughout the resort. Highly recommended!
Thanks for all the member of staff
