One of the best hotel I have ever visited! The most kind and helpful staff. We were struggling with vegan options for my sisters so all managers came to discuss what they can make for us and prepared special corn and special meals for them! Absolutely amazing. Everyone was kind and smily all the time and so friendly that leaving was like leaving very good friends.
Thank you all for amazing vacation!
We spent 7 wonderful days here with our family, and these are memories I will never forget.
The food was incredibly diverse and delicious, with a huge variety of dishes every day. The hotel grounds are beautiful, filled with an amazing selection of lush green plants and flowers.
The entertainment shows were absolutely outstanding! The performers are incredibly talented, and every evening was a pleasure to watch. The animation team is energetic, fun, friendly, and truly gifted at what they do.
This vacation exceeded all our expectations, and we enjoyed every single moment of it. I will definitely come back here next year! ❤️❤️
I met two wonderful people, Debrah and Annia, who create amazing animations at this resort. They are incredibly friendly, kind, and always full of positive energy. Their enthusiasm and creativity make every activity fun and memorable, and they work hard to ensure that every guest feels welcome and included. Their smiles, professionalism, and dedication truly make this resort a special place. Thank you both for making our stay so enjoyable!
I genuinely cannot understand all the positive reviews after experiencing this hotel myself.
First of all, we travel a lot and are fully aware that photos can look better than reality. However, the biggest question for me is how this can possibly be rated as a 5-star hotel. In my opinion, it is a 3-star hotel at best.
They advertise themselves as **Ultra All Inclusive**, but what exactly is "ultra" about it? From my experience, Ultra All Inclusive usually means premium branded spirits, ice cream, drinks, and higher-quality food and beverages are included. That was definitely not the case here. It felt exactly like a standard all-inclusive hotel. If you wanted fresh orange juice, it cost an extra €2. If you wanted to smoke a shisha, that also cost extra. So again, what exactly makes this "Ultra"?
The rooms are worn out and smell of mold. Mealtimes are complete chaos. Guests have absolutely no respect for queues, and the staff do nothing to manage the situation or explain basic queue etiquette to these inconsiderate guests.
Now for the worst part: there are signs everywhere stating that reserving sunbeds is not allowed, yet **everyone** does it. Even though towels are only available from 8:30 a.m., people reserve sunbeds with chairs, books, shoes, **apples (!!)**, and all kinds of random items. If you arrive just five minutes after the pool opens, you have virtually no chance of finding a sunbed. Even when we informed the staff that some of these reserved sunbeds had been sitting empty for hours, they did absolutely nothing about it.
My biggest piece of advice is simple: **do not book this hotel.** Spend your money somewhere else. Staying here honestly feels like throwing your money away.
The one thing that truly deserves praise is the housekeeping staff. Every day they made beautiful towel animals for our son, and he absolutely loved them. It was a wonderful gesture that we genuinely appreciated.
A terrible experience. I can say it was the worst vacation I’ve ever had. A miserable location, bad food that was the same every day, no cleaning whatsoever—but the worst part is yet to come. We were robbed blind at this 5-star resort (on paper, and maybe only in Turkey—here, it wouldn’t even get 3 stars). 950 euros and 60 lei were stolen from our hotel room.
900 euros from my husband’s wallet and 50 euros and 60 lei from our little girl’s wallet—which was clearly a child’s wallet—and yet they emptied it without any hesitation. My little girl had her own money, which she’d received for her birthday to buy a souvenir from Turkey 😔😔😔
We reported it to the police and the hotel manager, but in the end, nothing came of it; judging by how they behaved, I think they’re all in cahoots. They don’t have cameras on the floors—only at the hotel entrance—and I don’t even think those work; I didn’t receive any footage, nothing.
Now I’ve seen that this isn’t a new practice for them—they even steal from the safe; read older reviews.
Avoid this hotel if you want to keep your money and your stomach in one piece!!! I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand—I definitely wouldn’t have chosen this two-bit hotel!!! Shame on everyone involved in this theft!!!
