Massive shout out to: Selma from breakfast with exceptional service, Israfil from beach bar the best cocktails and amazing service, Baris from moka bar. Also massive shout out to Metin (boxer-bartender) super fast service and really good cocktails. Shout out to receptionist Seyma and Murat. Everyone super friendly. The hotel itself is good, not much entertainment in November due to finishing the season, but the guest still pay a lot of money and hotel should invest in merchandise like beach bags, goodies etc.. Just because its off season doesn't mean you need to treat guest differently. Other than that staff makes all the experience. I would also like to pin point that managers just walk around without doing nothing, when busy they should step in and help the staff instead of sitting at the bar and chit chatting with one another. Another pin point beach shower tiles are too slippery! My uncle slipped and twisted his knee and could not walk for the rest of the holidays. The public toilets specially the pool ones smell very bad. And sitting outside in the bar you can smell urine if the wind blows that way. Also advise to clean the beach more often specially the sun beds.
I had an amazing stay at Kirman Sidemarin Hotel! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious with plenty of choices every day. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere and excellent facilities. Everything was organized very well, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed every moment of my vacation here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I would love to come back again
I arrived on 1st April with my 12 year old daughter, it was our first time to Turkey! When we arrived inside the hotel we were shocked how beautiful the hotel is. We were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff members. Always had happy faces. Rooms were amazing over looking the sea. Pools amazing and the indoor pool, sauna and spa treatments are a must. The full body massage was the best I’ve had. Food was good great choice great service. We absolutely loved the animation leader Ridvan he involved you all the time either various entertainment throughout the day and especially the night. He is so professional at his job and always is smiling and interacts with you especially on the dance floor he made our holiday special and fun. Nothing was too much trouble for him and it was my birthday whilst we were there and he played happy birthday and had all the guests singing best entertainment ever so 10/10 Ridvan you are a great asset to the hotel!!! The bar staff were amazing too especially Davut who made lovely cocktails and had service always with a huge 😀 I def will return asap to this hotel definitely worth its stars. The pier was a lovely place to sunbathe over the sea. This is a must holiday for families and couples!!!😁
When I first arrived, I had some concerns about my room and left a review. The next day, Mr. Şerif contacted me and did everything he could to make sure my family and I were comfortable. His professionalism and kindness really changed our experience. I'd also like to thank the entire staff for their excellent service especially Mr. Lutfu for his kindness and attention throughout our stay. The food was much better than I expected, with great quality and plenty of variety. We truly appreciate everything they did to make our holiday enjoyable.
This is our second visit to this beautiful hotel and we cant fault it at all. The hotel itself is beautiful throughout and the staff honestly cant do enough for you.. One particular member of staff needs extra praise, because he honestly made our holiday the best!!. Üzeyir Karagöz. This man goes out of his way to help us with anything we ask for and makes sure we are kept extra hydrated around the pool 😉🍸 He is an asset to this hotel and we would absolutely come here again because of him 🫶🏼 Drinks are top tier 👌🏼 food is good and has a great big selection to choose from all day long. Hot tub rooms are an added luxury and you fill and empty them yourself so you know its clean. Toilets are clean in all public areas, even around the pool which is great. We, as a family of 9 Highly recommend this hotel.... And big thanks again to Üzey ❣️ our new family friend 🙏🏼
