Before arriving, I had read a mix of reviews online and was a bit worried about what to expect. However, I’m so glad I stayed here because my experience was far better than those reviews suggested—it is actually a wonderful hotel!
The management and staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was a major highlight, with a buffet that offered a fantastic and delicious variety every single day. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and made for a great overall experience.
To top it all off, the location is unbeatable—just a short, few-minute walk to a stunning beach. Don't let mixed reviews scare you away; I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Spain and would love to return!
Traveled from Scotland with my polish partner and I have had Amazing experience - people need to remember the price you are paying, hotel manager is lovely and very attentive. Close to beach, shops and town centre. We were all inclusive and the food was good and plentiful. Had a couple of drinks most nights and no issues.
Rooms cleaned everyday. Train station 18min walk, Got a train no problem to Girona and Barcelona. Only €12 pp.
Would recommend this hotel/area for holiday!
Anahit was very good to us, she went above and beyond to provide us a great service. The food is excellent 5 star 🌟. The only downside was the room beddings were not changed during our stay and the smelly sewer pipes from the bathroom. Also they should be some control on some loudy customers disturbing ours both in the reception area and rooms late at night.
I went for a week all inclusive for one week , I returned yesterday 22 sept 2025 , here goes , good points first , good location , nice room , good shower always hot water and clean bedding , tho at times had to ask for towels , staff and cleaners brilliant , manager good (but under constraints i think from owners ?))the first few days the food was basic but good , after that a nightmare , people coming down to the restaurant and finding empty trays of food no wine ( explained to me by the lady manager , i wont disclose the reason , i accepted it )the last evening again not much food to show I ate a chicken snitzel ! I knew after eating it a mistake in bed all day the last day and a day at home with mild food poisoning the runs and high temp , the cooks are not the best , anyway had doin a review like this but has to be said , at best a 2 star hotel not the reputed 4 star status
alexander is the best worker in the whole hotel, he has such a kind heart and does such a good job!!!
