7/10 – Looks luxurious, but the experience doesn’t match the expectations
We stayed at Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum with our young child. The hotel looks impressive, but unfortunately, appearance often seems to matter more than actual quality.
Rooms: Spacious, comfortable beds, good amenities and air conditioning. However, sound insulation is absolutely terrible – you can hear even the slightest cough or throat-clearing from the corridor. Housekeeping also seemed tip-dependent: €10 resulted in proper cleaning, while €5 got us little more than a made bed and questionable vacuuming.
Food: The buffet looks huge, but variety is surprisingly limited. Five containers of cucumbers, five of tomatoes, and several more mixing both create an illusion of choice. The menu barely changed throughout our stay, with excessive fried food and too few healthy alternatives. White and sparkling wines were disappointing, although cocktails and bottled beer were fine.
Pools and aquapark: A major disappointment. None of the outdoor pools were heated, and the aquapark water was literally painfully cold – our feet actually hurt. Despite looking fantastic, the attractions were practically unusable. Some slides were closed, and opening hours were very limited. Thankfully, the sea was still warm enough.
Children’s activities: The Kids Club staff were fantastic – genuinely caring and engaging, even outside scheduled activities. Evening amusement rides were fun, but most require children to be at least 3 years old, leaving mainly carousels for younger kids.
Tennis: Around 12 excellent-looking courts stood empty approximately 95% of the time, yet coaching cost €160/hour, with external coaches prohibited. I found an alternative for €90, including transportation to another hotel, a lesson and return transfer. The pricing and lack of flexibility are difficult to justify.
Staff and facilities: Employees were friendly, helpful and wonderful with our child. The hotel was generally clean and well maintained. However, adult evening entertainment was very limited. The hammam and saunas were nice, but an outdoor heated jacuzzi or relaxation area would have been a welcome addition.
Overall: The staff genuinely do their best, but the management seems more focused on creating the impression of luxury than delivering it. I’m willing to pay more for quality, but the experience should match the advertising.
Would I return? No. I wouldn’t recommend it for adults without children. Families might enjoy it more during peak summer, especially thanks to the excellent Kids Club team, but too many facilities were disappointing during our stay.
This is my third year in a row staying at this hotel, and I absolutely love it! The hotel is beautiful, very family-friendly, and full of activities for everyone to enjoy.
The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist.
A very special thank you to Shahad! I had originally booked four standard rooms, and she kindly upgraded us to a villa, which made our vacation truly unforgettable. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made such a big difference to our stay.
We always have a wonderful experience here, and this year was extra special. This is exactly why we keep coming back year after year. Highly recommended, especially for families!
We visited Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum at the end of May for our summer family vacation, and honestly, it hit that perfect sweet spot, warm enough to swim all day, breezy enough at night to enjoy Bodrum without melting into your linen shirt.
This was our second trip to Bodrum, but the first with our son, which made it extra special. Vogue is absolutely massive, with everything a family could need without ever leaving the resort, a huge beach, multiple pools, a brilliant kids pool with sandy edges, a proper water park with more than enough slides for kids and thrill seeking parents, a full theme park, indoor soft play, arcades, toddler room, nanny service, pottery, PlayStation, restaurants, shops, lounges and even a night club placed far enough from the rooms so adults can enjoy themselves without punishing everyone else.
The suite was spacious, comfortable and well designed, with two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a lovely terrace. The crib was properly sized, kids amenities were provided, and our son Karim had the time of his life, especially at the water park, theme park and toddler room.
Food was surprisingly excellent for such a large resort. The main restaurant is basically a military grade feeding operation for hundreds of guests, yet somehow it works beautifully, with huge variety, minimal queues and great flavor. The water park food also deserves a special mention, especially the truffle burger and hot dogs.
Service was efficient and warm from arrival. The luggage team, reception, concierge and photography team all made us feel welcome. Special thanks to Ghezlan, Ozgur, Ismail, Corhan, Han and his team for making the stay even smoother and more memorable.
A couple of recommendations, not complaints, a more detailed resort map would be very useful, especially showing towel pickup points, snack bars and operating hours. Also, the room key top up system for the water park is very convenient, but it would be great to explain it clearly at check in.
Bottom line, Vogue is not just a hotel, it is a full family holiday machine with heart. We left Bodrum smiling, and we are already planning to come back next summer.
We recently stayed at the Vogue Supreme Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Our room was bright, spacious, and well-designed, with plenty of storage and a modern bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing us to sleep well and feel fully rested throughout our stay.
The food was undoubtedly some of the best we have experienced, with a great variety and excellent quality. We were also impressed by the hotel's safety measures, which gave us peace of mind, especially while our children spent hours enjoying the pool.
What truly made our trip memorable was the exceptional service provided by Eliza. She was incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything ran smoothly and regularly checking in on us throughout our stay. Her dedication to delivering outstanding customer service was evident in every interaction. She handled any concerns promptly and professionally while always treating guests with the utmost respect. Eliza is a tremendous asset to the team, and her efforts played a significant part in making our holiday one to remember.
We would highly recommend Vogue Supreme Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
This hotel is the best i ever visited. Food is very good, the rooms are cleaned every day and the mini fridge gets stocked every day. The two bartenders that work in sunset bar one of the name is Beste they make very good drinks and if you ask for a surprise drink they make the drinks even better. The workers are really friendly and helpful. This hotel is very good for families with kids because there are a lot of activities for kids.
