We have had a fantastic week at the hotel and have been really happy with our stay. The staff have been friendly and helpful, and the hotel has lived up to our expectations.
A special thank you goes to Murat. He has been a huge help to us all week – both when we have been missing something at the hotel, and when we have had questions about the city. He speaks very good Danish, which made it very easy to communicate. He is incredibly sweet, friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. He has really made a big difference to our holiday, and we have greatly appreciated his help and good mood.
We can highly recommend the hotel and hope to come back another time soon.
Stayed here for 10 nights with my family in June, absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were big & always clean, the staff were all so friendly we got to know a few of them and they took good care of us! My husband took a dental abcess unfortunatly during our stay but thankfully there was a doctor on site within the hotel and he managed to get antibiotics, it was a sunday with lots of pharmacies shut but the nurse's dad who was a pharmacist managed to get the prescription to us within a couple of hours! A get well soon card was left at our room from the staff, so lovely. The facilities were all fantastic, drinks are fabulous loved my constant mojitos and pina coladas and also loved my ice coffee in the mornings i just wish i didnt have to wait until 10am for my iced coffee! I loved everything about my stay here and would 100% come back here!
I stayed at Asia Beach Hotel & Spa in Alanya for 8 nights in late May, and it is genuinely the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The standards throughout are exceptional, and you constantly see staff cleaning and maintaining every area.
The staff are incredibly attentive without being overbearing. They seem to notice everything—empty glasses are cleared almost instantly, and even the smallest spill is dealt with straight away. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference to the overall experience.
Our room was a good size, very clean, and we had a side sea view with a balcony, which was lovely. One thing to note is that rooms on the right-hand side of the hotel can be a bit loud until around 23:30 due to the entertainment, but it wasn’t an issue for us.
The food was very good, with a great selection every day, so there was always something to suit everyone. The hotel is also in a great location, with shops just along the local street and markets held on Mondays and Thursdays, which are well worth a visit.
One of the highlights is the private beach, accessed via a tunnel under the road. There’s a beach bar serving burgers, chips, salads, and snacks from 12:00 to 18:00, which is really convenient.
The hotel itself has plenty of facilities including a jewellery shop, clothes store, general shop, and a hairdresser. There is also a spa, and for families, a children’s playroom, bowling, and a pool area on level -2.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.
Asia Beach Resort & Spa Hotel in Alanya, Turkey
I spent a week’s vacation at this 5-star hotel and I’m thrilled. The service, the friendliness of the staff, the attention—everything was top-notch. The lavish buffets and selection of drinks left nothing to be desired. The lobby bar offered a wide selection of drinks, including all kinds of cocktails. I especially want to mention the bartender, Erkut. He was very attentive and helpful in selecting drinks; his cocktail suggestions were always a surprise and tasted fantastic. I wish we had more friendly people like him back home. So I’ll be coming back next year.

The location is lovely, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Just like other hotels in the area, the footprint is on the smaller side, but they have maximized the available space beautifully. Since I spent most of my time at the sea, I cannot comment on the pools. The hotel and the rooms feature a modern design, are very well-maintained, and look fantastic. Cleanliness was highly satisfactory, and I had no issues with noise. Although I do not have enough experience to make a broad comparison, I found the variety and taste of the food to be perfectly adequate. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff. Everyone—from the kitchen and bar teams to the housekeeping and beach staff, the reception crew, guest relations, the animation team, the lifeguards, and even the hotel nurse—was exceptionally polite, attentive, solution-oriented, hospitable, and friendly. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to each and every one of them again. However, there were a few areas that need urgent improvement:
1. The Pier (The main reason for my 3-star rating): Beyond the fact that it opened late—leaving only half of it usable, which frustrated many guests—there was a major safety hazard. I personally noticed a severely weak spot that was unstable enough to collapse and cause serious injuries. I brought this to the attention of the Guest Relations Manager, who took a video recording of the area. It seems the hotel did not learn from past accidents in the industry; the pier felt rushed, flawed, and opened before proper checks were completed. Additionally, there were gaps in the wooden planks big enough to cause minor injuries or drop small items like phones.
2. The Beach: While the neighboring hotel's beach was almost completely free of sharp stones, our hotel’s beach was full of rocks that could easily be cleared away.
3. Beach Volleyball Court: The sand was filled with sharp stones and wood splinters. Because of the beach and the volleyball court, I ended up with multiple cuts and splinters on my feet. Both areas need a thorough, urgent cleanup.
4. Animation and Entertainment: Although the animation team was hardworking and incredibly friendly, they were simply outnumbered when the hotel was at full capacity. The team needs to be expanded. Furthermore, the evening shows brought in outside performers whose quality was just average. The only night I truly enjoyed and had fun was the live music night.
I would have loved to give a 5-star rating because my friends and I had an amazing time, but I couldn't due to the issues mentioned above.
