I had a really great stay! The hotel was lovely, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and overall I had a wonderful time.
But the best part of my stay was definitely the animation team! They were so friendly, energetic, and welcoming from the very beginning. They always knew how to make everyone feel included and were constantly creating a fun atmosphere with different activities and entertainment. You could really tell that they put a lot of effort into what they do.I especially loved how positive and friendly they were.
I would definitely recommend!
We’ve stayed at many hotels in Bulgaria, all rated around 9/10 on Booking.com, and they consistently lived up to those ratings. In this case, however, I would rate this hotel no higher than 6–7/10. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, which is why I feel it’s important to explain the reasons behind my rating (in order of impact)
1. On our room, the noise from the clubs was unbearable, it didn't stop until 3:30 or 4:00 early in the morning—every single night!
I actually measured it, around 60dB with buss frequencies around 110Hz, you won't sleep!
2. The food selection is poor and not suitable for many children. Most dishes contain too many mixed ingredients, making them difficult for both children and many adults to eat. Despite being on an all-inclusive package, we only ate breakfast.
3. Our daughter vomited on the bedsheet in the morning. The cleaning staff reprimanded my wife, and a few hours later we were asked to pay €100 for the sheet, despite there being no damage that couldn’t be resolved with normal washing. Thankfully, the receptionist handled the situation professionally and kindly after seeing the clean, undamaged sheet. Still, the incident left a bad impression.
4. When we arrived, the room had a strong bleach smell, as if it had been heavily cleaned with bleach. It took two days for the smell to clear, which was especially concerning with children.
5. The dining room has an open kitchen where pancakes, omelets, fish, and other dishes are prepared, but the exhaust hoods were not working, causing smoke and strong cooking odors to spread throughout the dining area.
We had a wonderful time here and truly enjoyed every part of our stay. The location was beautiful, the food was delicious, and everything was very well organized. However, what made our holiday really special were the animators and the programs they organized. They were incredibly kind, friendly, open, and full of positive energy. Their enthusiasm and warm personalities created such a great atmosphere and made our vacation truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to the whole animation team for making our stay so amazing!
We really loved this hotel! It’s rare to find staff who are so kind, friendly, and helpful.
First of all, I would like to give the animation team a 10+, they were absolutely amazing! Beautiful, smiling, energetic, and very loved by the children. We would especially like to thank them for making our stay so wonderful!
Fast check in! That saved our time for spending at the sun and enjoy the pool.
The hotel is very close to the beach (about a 6-minute walk), the food is varied and delicious (compliments to the chefs!), and it is close to the heart of the Sunny beach, the amusement park, etc.
The cleanliness was just as it should be! The staff were constantly on the move, both in the restaurant and around the hotel grounds. We would always see the ladies sweeping or washing, and despite all the hard work, they still managed to smile at us.
We tried as much as possible to make their job a little easier by keeping things clean.Even our little girl, whenever she saw something on the ground that had been blown away by the wind, would pick it up and take it to the bin. At the restaurant, even though the staff would come to our table to clear it, we preferred to take our plates and glasses to the designated area ourselves and clean and wipe our table. We did this out of respect for the staff and their hard work. Thank you too ! 🙏
It was an absolutely wonderful choice, and we will definitely come back!
Thank you so much! ❤️

We had a wonderful family vacation at this hotel. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. It’s an excellent choice, especially for families with children.
The food exceeded our expectations in both quality and variety. We would especially like to thank Executive Chef Boran and his entire kitchen team for their outstanding work. Chef Boran’s warm hospitality, attention to guests, and genuine care made a real difference. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The entertainment team and all the hotel staff were also welcoming and professional throughout our stay. If we return to Sunny Beach, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so memorable!
