Fantastic experience! This year, we wanted to try going to the Alps instead of the seaside, and the hotel far exceeded all our expectations. A wonderful room, a gorgeous view, and plenty of activities for both children and adults. We stayed from July 13th to July 21st and couldn't be more thrilled with the accommodation, food, children's entertainment, and the overall atmosphere. I would especially like to emphasize how exceptionally friendly and professional the hotel staff is. I truly enjoyed the morning yoga classes offered at the hotel, which made the vacation even better. Also, the SPA program is extremely rich and the SPA staff is so kind - all praise to them!
Compliments to the entire team, without whom this vacation wouldn't even have been possible. I hope a pay raise follows soon for these people who work tirelessly and always with a smile
Very beautiful area. I nice swimming pools. Good food. It was better if they could provide food for baby under 1 year aswel.
After three years, we returned to this hotel because of a very good past experience. Our main expectations were met again. The staff were professional, but the atmosphere felt somewhat artificial — polite, yet not truly welcoming.
That said, this is not a budget hotel. A winter stay for a family with two small children costs €5,000–6,500, and at this price level the included refreshments (overly sweet post-mix juices and carton “cocktails”) feel below standard.
The biggest disappointment was the food, especially for guests with allergies. We clearly informed the hotel in advance about dairy allergies, filled in questionnaires upon arrival — yet the meals were not adapted at all. Simple solutions like plant-based soups, pancakes, spreads, or desserts were missing. Even the coffee machines offered no plant-based milk, which is minimal effort but a big plus for allergic guests.
Gluten-free options have not improved in three years, despite clear progress in this area elsewhere. Vegan butter or cheese was unavailable for the entire week, even though such products are easily accessible in Austria.
Lastly, the “voluntary tip” system felt forced. It was automatically added for every day, including arrival and departure days, without prior discussion. We are happy to tip, but it should feel natural — not imposed.
Overall, a good hotel with potential, but important details are being overlooked at this price level.
Good hotel, but quite expensive for what you get. The food was great, and the outdoor pool was really nice. However, it was very crowded noisy, and overall, for me it didn’t really feel like a 4-star hotel.
We had great time there, very good hotel, food, pools, friendly stuff and perfect time we had there!
