We stayed at Therme for 3 nights in August as a family. Overall, amazing hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and everything was very clean.
The spa facilities are a real highlight. They are large, well maintained and feel much more premium than in any other hotels. spa treatment was very professional. We really appreciated having a separate adults-only area as well, which gives you a chance to properly relax away from the busier family areas.
The kids’ area is great, with lots of outdoor activities.
A few downsides: vegetarian options at the buffet were poor, especially when it comes to proper protein. The sushi restaurant was disappointing, both the rice and the sushi itself. Smoking is allowed all around the outdoor areas, which is not ideal with kids.
The all-inclusive alcohol selection is quite limited in terms of brands, and espresso from the real coffee machine costs extra while the automatic machines are included, which felt a bit strange for an all-inclusive hotel.
Most staff were nice, although English was sometimes limited. Parking can also be a bit of a hassle.
Overall, a very good family hotel with excellent spa facilities and a few things that could be improved.
We love visiting complexes like this one, and for many years we have been going to another famous one with amazing facilities and beautiful nature. That’s exactly what we were looking for here. However, to be honest, I have to say quite a few things, and I’ll start with the marketing.
The marketing is a bit too fantastic because, in reality, it is not quite like that. For example, the sushi shown on the posters doesn’t actually exist here. You get only sushi with avocado and no fish, or very cheap surimi. We asked if the chef could make some nigiri for us because we had seen that there was fresh salmon, but we were told no.
The rooms are clean, but during the night you can find small bugs because of the nature surrounding the complex. This was our first night and we had never even opened the windows, so it was a little disappointing.
The views and the overall surroundings are far from what we were looking for. Even the air and atmosphere cannot be compared with the other place we usually visit.
The kids’ room also has many coin-operated machines that you have to pay for, even though you are staying all-inclusive. The toddlers’ area has almost nothing, which is surprising for such a famous hotel.
And last but not least, they do not accept dogs, even in the villas, where there is plenty of open space and it would seem perfectly possible to accommodate guests with pets.
Overall, the complex is nice, but unfortunately, it is definitely not for me. I was expecting much more based on the marketing and the reputation of the place.
I do want to mention positive things too: all of the staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay and yes the number of the swimming pools is impressive , the zoo was very clean and you can see that they really take care of the animals there.
This was our second visit🤩 The spa and the swimming area is amazing and spacious 😊The food was delicious and with a lot of varieties 👌🏻Friendly and welcoming staff 😍The only thing we were not satisfied with, was the housekeeping! They didn’t clean the balcony the first day (ashtray)I had to ask the housekeeper to clean it !She has forgotten to change the towels. And we didn’t have towel in front of the shower .Let’s hope they will improve it!But for the rest we enjoyed it and had a great time 🥰Definitely will come back again 🤩
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this 5-star spa hotel! This was my second visit, and once again it exceeded all my expectations—I would definitely come back again.
The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and truly luxurious. The spa facilities are outstanding—one of the best I’ve experienced! The food is incredibly delicious and offers a wide variety to suit every taste.
There are also great activities to enjoy, and I would especially like to compliment the sauna infusion specialist—an amazing experience!
Thank you for another unforgettable stay!
Very good hotel with excellent spa and pools. The facilities are great, but the service could be better. The hotel also lacks a place for evening music and dancing — in my personal opinion, a piano bar would suit it perfectly.
